George Russell and his longtime partner, Carmen Montero Mundt, are engaged. The Mercedes Formula 1 driver shared the news on August 9, posting romantic photos from the proposal that showed off Carmen’s striking engagement ring, along with a simple caption that said everything it needed to: “💍🤍.”

The couple, together since 2020, celebrated with a candlelit dinner at sunset overlooking the ocean at an undisclosed location, where Russell got down on one knee. Both were dressed in white for the occasion, matching in the same easy, understated way that’s defined their relationship for six years now.
