After nearly a decade together, Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez are officially engaged.
The football star proposed to Rodríguez, who shared the news with her Instagram followers, posting a photo of an oval-cut diamond ring with the caption in Spanish: “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.” The ring, set with a striking oval diamond, has been estimated at around $2-4 million, making it one of the most dazzling celebrity engagement rings in recent memory.
The couple’s love story began in Madrid nine years ago, when they met at a Gucci store where Rodríguez was working. At the time, Ronaldo was playing for Real Madrid. Since then, they’ve built a life together and are raising five children – daughters Alana and Bella, along with Ronaldo’s three older children, twins Mateo and Eva, and son Cristiano Jr.
Now based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Ronaldo plays for Al-Nassr, the family remains one of the most glamorous and closely followed in the world. With this engagement, their next chapter promises to be as sparkling as the ring itself.
