Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi) and fashion designer Lola Abecassis Sartore celebrated their love on June 28, 2025, in an intimate ceremony at Cap Estel, a secret oasis located above the Mediterranean near Èze—Lola’s childhood home.
Surrounded by just 75 of their closest friends and family, the couple exchanged vows officiated by Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. in a garden ceremony that felt like a timeless moment captured in film.
Their wedding was a celebration of meaningful design and subtle nods to their journey together. Lola chose a handmade lace gown by Alain Paul, blending six different Italian laces into a couture masterpiece, then changed into a Monique Lhuillier dress for dinner. Kid Cudi honored his own style with three custom Saint Laurent looks by Anthony Vaccarello, and even performed two unreleased songs from his upcoming album FREE during the speakeasy-style after-party.
With personal touches like a bounce castle tribute to Virgil Abloh and a live performance by BadBadNotGood, the band playing the night they first met, the celebration felt deeply meaningful. As Lola shared to Vogue, it was “the most perfect, flawless, peaceful day” that honored their journey, celebrated the present, and looked ahead to a future filled with creativity, music, and lasting love.
The couple’s love story began in 2018 during Virgil Abloh’s debut Louis Vuitton show, where Lola was behind the scenes and Scott was walking the runway. Amid the backstage chaos, a spark quietly ignited. “Our eyes met in the chaos, and there was a silent spark,” Lola recalls. That moment led to Scott asking for her number—and now, years later, they’ve tied the knot in a wedding as creative, intimate, and stylish as their journey together.
