Emily drew much inspiration from the minimalist, elevated parties she found online. Her Pinterest board was filled with soft, timeless elements, including white lilies, which she thoughtfully incorporated into her bridal bouquet and tied into the table settings.
Their magical day was beautifully captured by the talented Casi Yost, who used both digital and film cameras to document every special moment. The mix of photography styles added a unique, nostalgic vibe to the entire celebration, perfectly reflecting the warmth and intimacy of the wedding. From the welcome dinner to the ceremony itself, her work truly captured the essence of the day, preserving memories that Emily and Pierce will treasure forever.

Emily and Pierce’s welcome day was filled with thoughtful details. Each guest received a parasol to keep cool under the summer sun, and the couple had prepared tote bags with wedding favors for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the wedding weekend and set the tone for the wedding day.

Pierce looked dashing in a classic suit that exuded timeless elegance. Paired with a tie, his look was sophisticated and perfectly suited the overall vibe of the wedding.
Ceremony
The ceremony took place in the serene sanctuary of The Society Hotel in Bingen, Washington, held in a stunning dome-shaped building usually reserved for meditation and quiet moments. To enhance the space’s beauty, Emily brought vases of lilies to line the aisle and surround the altar, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
The vows were heartfelt, with Emily and Pierce sharing deeply personal promises, surrounded by their closest loved ones. The intimate setting of the ceremony made every word feel even more meaningful, as the couple exchanged vows filled with love, commitment, and laughter. It was a beautiful reflection of their journey together, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.

The reception took place in a retrofitted gymnasium at the hotel, keeping much of its original charm with stadium-style benches that offered cozy spots for guests to relax and chat. Soft candlelight lined the upper benches, adding a warm, inviting glow. Emily also put her personal touch on the tablescapes, crafting a modern look with a focus on vibrant fruit displays and unique floral arrangements that truly brought the space to life.
During the reception, Pierce’s parents shared a heartfelt slideshow, showcasing images of Emily and Pierce from their childhoods and throughout their relationship and cherished family memories. It was a deeply emotional moment that allowed guests to reflect on the couple’s journey and relive special moments they’d shared with them.
The couple made their cake-cutting a sweet moment to remember, surrounded by their loved ones.
