Whether playing board and card games, going for hikes, trying new food, traveling to new places, or spending time with their adorable pups, Sally and Foster share their passions, making their bond even stronger.
From the very beginning, Sally and Foster knew they wanted to tie the knot in Oregon. They wanted a venue that felt unique and elegant, and the couple invited wedding planners Mae&Co Creative to transform a private estate residence into a luxury wedding venue. While Sonoma and Napa draw West Coast crowds, the northern Willamette Valley region wows with lush greenery and rolling hills – creating the perfect backdrop for a luxury estate wedding in wine country.

As Sally prepared for the big day, her bridesmaids surrounded her with love and support. Their excitement was tangible as they helped Sally with the final touches, making sure every detail was perfect. Make Me Up Cyn expertly enhanced her natural beauty, making her glow on her special day. As soon as Sally stepped out to show her bridesmaids her wedding dress, there was an instant rush of excitement in the room. Her bridesmaids couldn’t help but gasp in awe, and their eyes lit up with admiration. It was a truly heart-warming moment and served as the perfect start to the day’s celebrations.

As Sally reached Foster, he turned to see her in her stunning wedding dress for the first time. The look on his face said it all – pure love and adoration. It was a moment they had both been waiting for, and it was even more magical than they could have ever imagined.
The photographer Alixann Loosle was a true artist behind the lens. She created a stunning collection of photos that perfectly captured the happy moments of the couple and their guests.
For the ceremony, Mae&Co Creative team wanted to create a romantic and elegant design on the estate’s great deck overlooking the Willamette Valley. “To keep the focus on our couple and the stunning natural backdrop, we built a modern, black square arbor adorned with lush floral installations growing wildly and naturally in dramatic clusters. We loved working with NOBLE Floral CO. to bring our high-end, romantic wedding vibe to life with unique elements like mosses, grasses, and soft white florals.”
To build out a dramatic reception space, the planners designed a large-scale tent with overhead floral installations. Rows of overhanging moss and unique greenery details completely transformed the feel of the tent, creating a luxe, modern high-end aesthetic that left the couple’s guests speechless.“Beneath the overhead installations, our design team styled a luxury and timeless reception. Custom menus and place cards rested atop each place setting, featuring black flatware, smoke-colored goblets, stoneware plates, and brass details. And the center of each table featured unique, grassy details and black taper candles to create a luxe, dramatic feel invigorated through height, dimension, and style.”
To amplify the sexy and understated elements of this black-tie luxury wedding, Mae&Co Creative incorporated matte blacks and ivories throughout the design. Every detail, from the black bentwood chairs to the ivory hydrangeas, worked together to create a modern and high-end vibe for this luxury wine country wedding.
At the reception, everyone loved watching Sally and Foster saber a bottle of champagne and end the night barefoot on the dance floor, singing their hearts out!
One of our favorite special thorough details by Mae&Co Creative includes a custom-built bar, a wall of twinkle lights, and modern and romantic signage from Wildhouse Ink. The team spent a lot of time finding a faultless font to hint at a perfect mixture of 1920s Hollywood glamour while exuding modern elegance.
As the reception began, the dance floor filled up quickly, and soon everyone was singing and dancing their hearts out to their favorite tunes. The music was perfect, and everyone had a great time celebrating this special day with the happy couple. There was a sense of true love in the air as friends and family happily celebrated the union of two people in love. The festivities went on until dawn, and everyone went home with a smile on their face, unforgettable memories in their hearts, and a reminder of a night full of love and joy.
