Concept & Vision
Alina and Adam built their wedding concept around a shared love for the iconic musical Moulin Rouge. The film’s core values — truth, beauty, freedom, and love — deeply resonated with them and became the emotional framework for the entire celebration.
The idea was to create something bold and cinematic, yet intimate and meaningful. They chose to include unconventional moments that felt right to them: a private first look without cameras, a tender moment with Alina’s father before anyone else saw her, and a theatrical first kiss on stage under a starry sky and confetti — all projected onto a massive screen. The result was a wedding that didn’t just celebrate love, but made it feel larger than life.
Fashion
The morning of the wedding started with mood. With deep shadows, warm spotlights, and the hum of a vintage projector in the background, Alina and Adam got ready in a cinematic space that felt like a backstage moment before the show.
For the main events, Alina wore a silk feminine gown by Danielle Frankel Studio — minimalist yet sensual, with a sculptural silhouette and sheer organza sleeves. Her hair was styled in natural waves, and her makeup by Clariti Beauty highlighted her expressive features without stealing the spotlight.
Alina’s bouquet was unlike any other — a sculptural composition of deep burgundy scabiosa and feathery smokebush. Her shoes from Loeffler Randall added a soft contrast — ivory pleated bows with long silk ribbons, delicate but full of personality. “Dad was the very first to see the bride, this special moment was very important for Alina,” shared the planner.
In the evening she changed into a playful mini-dress from Annabe Bridal, pairing it with Cossack boots — a twist that felt perfectly her. Adam wore a classic tuxedo by J.Crew, keeping the look timeless and tailored right down to the details. Their styling felt like a quiet tribute to old Hollywood, but with a distinct edge.
While Adam embraced the vibe in a bold black-and-white patterned shirt, dancing between curtains and beams of light, Alina appeared like a starlet lost in thought. It was playful, expressive, and raw — a true prelude to the story they were about to tell.
First Look
In a raw, light-filled space with chipped plaster walls and arched windows, Adam waited alone. The moment he turned to see Alina, emotion took over — captured in its purest form by Tatyana Sozonova. No words, no posing, just presence. Their embrace in the worn beauty of the old building felt like a scene suspended in time.
This moment wasn’t staged — it was lived. And through the lens, it became one of the most moving frames of the day.
Ceremony
If one moment could define this wedding, it would be the ceremony. The couple invited guests to what appeared to be a regular theater, not revealing their full plan. As the lights dimmed, the screen came alive with visuals from Moulin Rouge. The music swelled, and Alina and Adam walked onto the stage — their altar.
"Our guests had no idea it was going to be held at a movie theater, making it a delightful surprise for everyone."
Alina, the bride
They stood hand in hand before a massive screen lit in deep red and gold, framed by velvet drapes and glittering chandeliers. Standing on a grand stage with one of their favorite musical compositions playing and scenes from Moulin Rouge projected above, Alina and Adam shared their first kiss as a burst of confetti filled the air.
"That moment felt absolutely epic and dreamlike, making our first kiss an unforgettable highlight. It was an incredible experience that we were so deeply a part of."

Guests were surprised, moved, and completely immersed. The theater transformed into a place of meaning, a set turned sacred.
Decor & Setting
With the guidance of Serebro Agency, the team created a place that merged theatrical grandeur with raw intimacy. The reception took place in a circular setting, with a white lacquered table wrapping around a floral installation that looked like a secret garden rising from the earth.

Garden roses grew straight from the soil, surrounded by feathery smokebush and wild stems that reached toward the ceiling. The design — created by AMMI and Soyuz Decor — felt like a blooming heart at the center of the room. Taper candles in gold holders added elegance, while transparent chairs and black table accents grounded the look in contemporary chic.
The lighting played a significant role. Soft string lights hung overhead, casting a warm glow, while spotlights guided each major entrance — like a curtain rise before a new act. From visuals to volume, every element served the story.
Reception
The dinner was filled with laughter, wine, and a heartfelt 43-minute speech from Adam, in which he thanked every guest and vendor by name. The couple sat surrounded by friends and music videos projected on the walls — personal favorites they’d chosen ahead of time. It was fun, cozy, and undeniably theirs.
In the best American traditions, there was no host at the wedding. The couple and the guests themselves maintained a cozy family atmosphere for the holiday, and the DJ only accompanied it. Throughout the night, the couple and their guests danced freely, surrounded by candlelight and theatrical florals — everything felt artfully choreographed, yet effortlessly authentic.
As the night progressed, Alina changed into her second look — the mini-dress and boots — just in time for the cake-cutting. The cake, crafted by Lakomka, stood tall and elegant, decorated with сherry and vintage piping. Their reactions were genuine, full of joy and surprise, and confetti still sparkled on the floor beneath their feet.
Secret Night Ceremony
When the lights dimmed once more, and the party slowed, the couple slipped away for their final moment. In a partially restored church lit only by candle-filled glass cubes, Alina and Adam held a private night ceremony — a symbolic finale to their wedding day.
She walked down the aisle once again, arms wide, bathed in golden light. Her silhouette echoed against the ancient walls as soft fabric draped between pillars. No music, just quiet love and shadows. It felt like the end of a movie — but also the beginning of something much bigger.
"We are very grateful to the guys for their boundless trust and willingness to take risks, as well as for a wonderful 20-hour wedding day, which will be remembered for a long time with the mark 'it was great'!"

Advice from the couple:
• Our advice for planning your wedding is to choose vendors you love and trust. It’s important to feel confident in their ability to bring your vision to life. Don’t feel obligated to stick to traditions that don’t resonate with you. Instead, focus on what feels authentic to your relationship and your story.
• Clear communication is key. Make sure to express exactly what you want to your vendors so there’s no confusion on the big day.
• Finally, try not to cram too much into one day. Give yourselves time to enjoy each moment without feeling rushed.
