A few of these menus actually move, hinging open like origami before a guest even reaches the entree, or shifting color depending on how the light lands on the table. Others skip motion for shape instead: laser-cut lace, a card that opens into a fan, edges scalloped like a flower head. And then there’s the quieter approach, just a font and a layout so considered that the card becomes a keepsake on its own, something guests quietly slip into their bag to take home.
