A Cinematic Love Story in the Heart of Provence

Victoria and Nils, both immersed in the world of fine dining in Courchevel, share an undeniable connection—the kind that fills a room with warmth the moment they enter. For their wedding, they imagined something deeply personal yet strikingly elegant and turned to Un Jardin de Lumières to help bring it all to life in the heart of Provence.

Season: Fall

Planning with a couple like them was a true joy. “They wanted a ‘wow’ factor that was refined and sophisticated—nothing vulgar or overly flashy,” said their planner. When they chose the family’s vineyard, nestled in a stunning corner of Provence with sweeping views of Mont Ventoux, it was clear this was more than just a venue—it was a story waiting to be told. The space, a seamless blend of timeless charm and modern style, offered the perfect setting for a celebration that was both cinematic and deeply meaningful.

Civil Ceremony & Dinner

The wedding weekend began with a civil ceremony at the château—intimate, emotional, and full of love. Afterward, guests mingled around the fountain for a laid-back cocktail hour before heading inside one of the estate’s stunning rooms for the welcome dinner. Long wooden tables, a sleek, minimal setup, and an open kitchen where chefs cooked in real time made the whole night feel like the ultimate dinner party. The vibe was “warm, minimalistic, and elegant,” with just the right mix of relaxed and refined.

Bride's Morning & Fashion

Victoria’s wedding morning was filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of quiet excitement that set the tone for an unforgettable day. Her bridal looks were the perfect reflection of her style—timeless with a modern twist.

For the civil ceremony at the town hall, she chose an effortlessly chic white satin pantsuit with a belt by Pronovias, nailing that cool-girl bridal vibe. The next day, she stepped into a romantic lace gown, also by Pronovias, with delicate details that felt both classic and completely her.

Groom's Fashion

Nils spent the morning in laid-back style, hanging out with his groomsmen and his dog—calm, collected, and ready for the big day. For the church ceremony, he went all in with a striking white Dolce & Gabbana suit, paired with a simple boutonnière that subtly matched Victoria’s all-white bouquet. It was a “stylish and cinematic look he absolutely owned”elegant, and effortlessly cool.

Ceremony

One of the most unforgettable moments of the ceremony happened just before Victoria entered with her father—a pre-recorded message she had made for Nils played softly through the church. It was intimate and so full of love that “it moved everyone to tears—especially Nils.”

The ceremony took place in a breathtaking church, and it was a deeply meaningful religious moment led by a close family friend, which made it feel incredibly personal. A gospel group brought the space to life with soul and joy, striking the perfect balance between celebratory and sacred.

"The bride’s entrance into the church, following her deeply moving declaration of love, was a moment no one will ever forget."

Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony, guests made their way back to the château, where the lively sounds of the Gitano Family greeted them at the gates, instantly setting the mood.

The cocktail hour took place by the pool—live guitars, emotional toasts, and a carefree, celebratory vibe that hinted at an unforgettable night ahead.

The entire wedding was beautifully captured by the team at Ben Levy Photo Agency and the cinematic eye of Clipheart LC Agency, whose work brought every emotion, detail, and unforgettable moment to life.

Reception Decor

Dinner and the celebration, thoughtfully curated by the team at Un Jardin de Lumières, took place beneath a beautifully lit tent—glowing with soft white tones and the warm flicker of countless candles. At the center stood a grand piano, placed just opposite the couple’s table, quickly becoming the heart of the evening.

"The idea was to enhance the magic of the place with a minimal and elegant floral design of white flowers, paired with countless candles and soft lights to create an intimate, luxurious atmosphere."

Dinner & Party

The dinner was filled with heartfelt speeches, joyful dances, and a show-stopping traditional croquembouche that left everyone in awe with its elegance and charm.

As the night unfolded, guests and newlyweds gathered around the table, singing and dancing in a moment of pure joy before the DJ took the reins and kept the party going well into the early morning.

"Guests who work in the industry themselves told me how seamless and stunning everything was—an amazing compliment."

Advice from the couple:

I believe their biggest takeaway would be to let go of the details and just soak up every second of the day—it goes by so fast! And to make time for private moments together—it’s so important. They made it a priority twice: once on the day of their civil ceremony, slipping away to share a bottle of the vineyard’s wine in a quiet, intimate moment before rejoining everyone, and again on the wedding day itself, during their couple’s photo session.
