Tuscany has a way of slowing the world down — soft light, ancient stone, quiet vineyards, and the undeniable feeling that beauty here is effortless. In October WedVibes returned for its second Tuscany Venue Discovery Tour, gathering a group of international wedding planners for a carefully curated journey through some of the region’s most soulful and storied venues.
This edition was more intimate and more immersive — a celebration of hospitality and the art of creating unforgettable destination experiences.
“The main highlight for me is definitely the connections I’ve made with all the wonderful ladies here. Listening to their stories has been incredibly inspiring. It’s truly been a wonderful experience.”
— Adrienne Maduro, Aruba Fairy Tales
“While exploring Tuscany, we’ve been searching for beautiful venues where our clients can fully immerse themselves in nature and enjoy an intimate weekend with their friends and family. And we’ve found incredible villas and boutique hotels that offer such a high-touch, meaningful experience.”
— Chelsea Brooke, Chelsea Brooke Events
“A huge thank-you to WedVibes. It really feels like I’m becoming part of the family. This is my third experience with them, and hopefully not the last.”

Behind the Scenes of the Tour
Day 1. Monteverdi Tuscany
We began our journey in Florence, drifting south toward the timeless calm of Monteverdi Tuscany. The moment we arrived, the mood shifted: Aperol spritzes in hand, our group gathered on a terrace suspended above the rolling Tuscan hills — a scene that felt lifted straight from an editorial spread.
Monteverdi opened its doors like a private world. Planners wandered through its art-filled suites, learned about the venue during a guided tour, before joining an intimate floral masterclass led by the estate’s own designer. Bouquets were carried back to the rooms — a quiet, personal souvenir of the afternoon.
As the light softened into evening, we joined together for a refined welcome dinner. Michelin-star Italian cuisine, candlelight, and conversation set the tone for the days ahead: warm, thoughtful, beautifully curated — everything Tuscany does best.

Day 2. Castello di Vicarello & Locanda in Tuscany, Vitalità Chapel
The second day unfolded like a love letter to Tuscan heritage. We began the morning with a gentle yoga class in Monteverdy— a grounding start that set a calm, intentional rhythm for the day ahead.
From there, our journey led us to the intimate and character-rich Castello di Vicarello, a family-owned retreat cocooned among ancient olive groves and panoramic hills. Members of the Vicarello family greeted us with a warmth that felt almost generational, sharing stories of the estate, their philosophy of hospitality, and the quiet romance that shapes every celebration held on their grounds.
The experience deepened with a sommelier-led wine tasting, where local vintages were introduced as chapters of the region’s identity. A family-hosted lunch followed, offering a rare opportunity to feel the same warmth, intimacy, and authenticity that guests experience during real celebrations at Vicarello.
By late afternoon, we continued toward Locanda in Tuscany, a boutique haven where simplicity becomes luxury. From there, the journey led us to the iconic Vitaleta Chapel, glowing under one of Tuscany’s most cinematic sunsets — a moment that felt suspended in time.
After the historical lecture and a deep dive into the soul of the Chapel, the evening closed with a sensorial dinner, crowned by a theatrical dessert performance orchestrated by the chef. It was playful, and entirely unforgettable — a perfect finale to a day shaped by artistry, heritage, and the kind of beauty that lingers long after it’s over.

Day 3 — Castello di Celsa, Villa di Geggiano & Villa La Commenda Concordia
Our third day unfolded as a journey through Tuscany’s heritage — elegant, storied, and quietly powerful.
The morning began at Castello di Celsa, where planners stepped into a world preserved in time. A guided tour through the castle’s historic halls and enchanting gardens revealed centuries of artistry and architecture. Lunch inside its storied walls became a moment of stillness, showing just how effortlessly history and celebration can intertwine in this majestic setting.
The afternoon led us to Villa di Geggiano, a villa steeped in artistic heritage and framed by manicured vineyards. A wine tasting hosted by the estate’s family-run winery added richness to the visit, sharing stories of craftsmanship, legacy, and the deep cultural roots of the region.
Our final stop of the day was Villa La Commenda Concordia, where elegance meets a distinctly soulful kind of hospitality. A chef-curated dinner awaited the group, followed by an unexpected and joy-filled evening disco — a lively, celebratory contrast to the day’s historical serenity. It was a night that brought everyone together in the most authentic, lighthearted way.

Day 4 — Villa La Commenda Concordia
The final morning invited us to slow down and reconnect with the estate at a softer pace. Planners explored the villa’s gardens, terraces, and quiet hidden corners during a gentle property tour, envisioning future celebrations in each atmospheric space.
The experience continued with a calming sound-healing session, offering a grounding and meditative moment after the previous evening’s festivities — a beautiful balance of energy and stillness.

A Love Note
What made this journey truly exceptional was its depth. It wasn’t just a series of site visits — it was a multi-layered experience that allowed planners to understand Tuscany the way their couples would. Dedicated time with venue managers and trusted vendors opened the door to meaningful relationships that extend far beyond a simple introduction.
Every moment — from relaxed aperitivi to chef-led dinners — allowed planners to live Tuscany, not merely observe it. Alongside this, professional photo and video captured the journey in real time, providing planners with high-value content that enhances their brand and positions them as true destination experts.
But perhaps the most lasting impact came from the connections formed along the way. Friendships, collaborations, and a sense of shared community grew naturally — a blend of dolce vita and professional synergy that made the tour so much more than a trip.
“Being in Italy, enjoying farm-to-table food, and being served as if you were in a Michelin-star restaurant — it was yet another amazing experience.”
— Sahel Rothera, Sahel Rothera Luxury Wedding & Event
“I’m very happy with everyone I’ve met. We’ve formed this lovely little family, and I absolutely love it.”
