Guest Count & Your Crew
Get a rough headcount going, nothing official. And start thinking about who you’d want standing next to you on the day, your closest people, the ones who’ve been there through it all. No rush to make the ask yet, but it’s worth having a shortlist in your head before it comes up in every other conversation.
