Meet the Expert

Her couples are design lovers who want to celebrate in a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere full of party vibes. The wedding concepts are inspired by nature, architecture, fashion, and interior. Every inquiry is a magical journey because she works out highly tailored and bespoke concepts for her couples - each idea is like no other.
1. Wedding Date
Take attention to city festivals/holidays/marathons so the city will be overloaded and streets will be blocked. Stressful for you as a couple, your guests, and suppliers, so delays are highly possible.
Think about the weather conditions in urban cities, which are different than at the sea. Summers can be very hot due to dense development. Check air conditioning (maybe a pool on the rooftop?) or choose a date not in the middle of the hottest summer.
2. Location
• A location in the middle of the city has the advantage that it`s easily reachable for your guests. So they can leave the car and go by taxi cab, public transport, etc. As a highlight, you can organize a private taxi/shuttle that brings your guests home easily at night.
• Most locations are surrounded by hotels or have rooms themselves, so your guests don’t have far to go and can fall asleep directly after the party.
• Check out if other events or weddings take place at the same time. Ideally, you are the only one, so the location is concentrated on the service for you and your guests. If you have the possibility to rent the whole location only for yourself, I highly recommend that, so you aren’t disturbed by others who don’t belong to your wedding.
• Check out the rules of the location: Are there special ending times for the party? Is there a limitation for the DJ (music loudness)? Can you order your preferred suppliers, or do you have to take the suppliers of the location?
• Choose a location where you love to spend time privately, where you already know the quality of the food and the service. If you don’t know the location, I highly recommend going to eat/drink there before you have a meeting for your wedding. This way, you have a real impression of the surroundings (is it clean?), the service (are they happy and enjoying serving the guests?), etc., so you see everything under real conditions.
• Air conditioners in summer are important to have a good time.
• Check possible construction works planned at the location.
• Check possibilities to go outside (rooftop bar with pool) and also being able to party inside (bad weather conditions).
• Check if you can integrate the ceremony into the location.
3. Concept & Decoration
• If you want something special, I recommend a wedding designer who creates a magical and unique concept for you, like The Weddingdesign Studio does. The wedding designer sees the location with fresh and new eyes. The designer creates concepts that are over the top and knows how to elevate the highlights combined with new trends – not mass-produced concepts but showing you as an individual couple.
• Plan decoration that can be consciously used afterward, so it closes the reusable circle. Current trends are fruits, vegetables, and artful food installations, which are part of the decoration. If you plan flowers, it is a lovely opportunity to let your guests take the flowers home after the party.
• Elevate your wedding with highlights like champagne towers or a special room (e.g., the mirror room).
4. Take Your Me Time!
• The day runs so fast, plan pauses and gaps for yourself.
• Make the getting ready together, spending time with champagne and cake. Anti-cliché style! Stay in bed, drink champagne at the reception—have a good time in privacy!
• Plan awesome pictures like no other in curious spots at the hotel that reflect your lifestyle.
5. Bridal and Party Dress
• This is a big opportunity for trendy outfit changes! Ceremony, dinner, and party outfits. The absolute trend is the change of the bride into a party outfit, which is highly glamorous.
