Being a part of WedVibes editorials has been a highlight of my year. I took part in two completely different editorials. I got to partake in a colorful beachy shoot in Mexico and a modern shoot in Italy. These editorials were exclusive, luxurious, creative and unique. This was so important to me as the real weddings I was working on began to have all the same elements. These editorial experiences gave me an opportunity to execute my creative ideas and approach weddings with a refreshed perspective. Meeting and working alongside likeminded creatives inspired, motivated & boosted my mentality.

The atmosphere during the shoot was inspiring, making it a truly enjoyable environment. I worked very well with the production manager and her ability to guide through the process. The photographer offered great insights and suggestions that enhanced the overall outcome and the result meet my expectations.

I love the shoot. It was so much fun. And I think the content will grow my business which I know is the goal of Wed Vibes and I love that. So far being a member is great.

FILOLI, CALIFORNIA

Filoli Historic House and Gardens, best known as Filoli, is a large property with an estate and perfectly manicured gardens. The name “Filoli” comes from the first two letters of each sentence in William Bourn’s principle: “Fight for a just cause; Love your fellow man; Live a good life.”

The house on the property was built between 1915-17 for William Bowers Bourn II and his wife, who lived in San Francisco. Filoli House and Gardens is located about 25 miles south of San Francisco and really “just down the road” from my house on the peninsula between the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Located 40 minutes away from the center of Paris, Château de Villette is one of the most remarkable châteaux in France. Chateau de Villette epitomizes elegance, luxury and the famous French expression “art de vivre”.

Chateau de Villette was designed by Louis XV’s personal architect, Jules Hardouin-Mansart, who at the same time supervised the construction of the Palace of Versailles. That is why it has earned the name Le Petit Versailles (the Little Versailles).

Just 30 kilometers from the center of Paris and 20 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport, the Château is located in the heart of Montmorency Forest. It offers a panoramic view of the Paris International Golf Club, an 18-hole course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus.

Château de Bonnemare

The discovery of the chateau de Bonnemare begins with a long avenue of poplars leading to the gatehouse, an arch flanked by two turrets that has become the symbol of this Historic Monument. A symbol that represents the values that the owners, Sylvie and Alain Vandecandelaere, hold for Bonnemare: welcoming, openness and sharing.

Because, like the gatehouse, the only access the chateau offers, they introduce their friends and guests to the history, that of heritage and their own. How often do you host editorial photoshoots?

We host editorial photoshoots throughout the year, in different locations around the world.

What expenses are involved in participating in your editorial photoshoots?

Our editorial photoshoots take place at luxury locations and often feature prestigious brands. While we cover expenses such as the venue, model, and shipment, we do ask that participants cover their own travel and personal expenses such as food, transportation, and lodging. WedVibes team creates a comprehensive travel guide covering hotels, food, and how to get to the venue.

How much does it cost to participate?

Afterpay option is available. To secure your spot, the final payment must be completed according to the payment schedule or no later than 30 days before the editorial.

Are plus ones allowed?

We always welcome plus ones, allowing you to share the experience of our beautiful locations with your loved ones. Reduced rates are available for your guest to join us for the welcome dinner. Please inquire directly for more information.

Will I be able to submit the shoots to blogs?

Absolutely. We will provide you with tips and best practice guidelines to help you get published and maximize the effect once publication happens.

Do you provide a mood board or concept for the editorial photoshoots?

Yes! We understand that having a cohesive and well-planned concept is crucial for a successful editorial photoshoot. That’s why our team will work closely with you to brainstorm and create a concept and mood board that fulfills your vision and ideas. We believe in a collaborative approach and want to ensure that all participants have input and feel involved in the process. Together, we’ll bring your dreams to life in a luxury editorial photoshoot.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Once your deposit secures your spot, all payments become nonrefundable. However, in the case of extenuating circumstances, we are flexible and can apply your payments to a future editorial, provided we receive sufficient notice to fill the original spot.

How can I leverage the portfolio to attract the right couples?
