Sahel Rothera Events is a planning and design studio built around Sahel’s instinct for beauty, her love of hospitality, and her ability to create events that feel deeply personal. Her career began in Dubai, where she produced fashion shows, luxury weddings, and private celebrations for clients who expected nothing short of excellence. After moving to New York, she continued shaping memorable experiences while working closely with UHNW individuals — an environment that sharpened her eye, her standards, and her sense of discretion.
A defining chapter came with her own wedding in Tuscany. When the planning fell short of what she envisioned, Sahel stepped in and redesigned the entire three-day celebration herself. The success of that experience became the spark for Sahel Rothera Events, and the foundation of her belief that a wedding should feel intentional, expressive, and true to the couple at its core.
Today, Sahel creates destination weddings between New York, Los Angeles, Dubai, and Italy, focusing on thoughtful design and a planning experience. She values atmosphere as much as aesthetics, knowing that timing, light, hospitality, and the smallest decisions shape how a celebration feels.
