Rachele Franchi is an Italian wedding planner and the founder of Micro Weddings Italia. Her company grew out of Fiocco Rosso, an event and communication agency based between Liguria and Tuscany, and is infused with her deep love for Italy. With her passion and creativity, Rachele turns couples' dreams into small, personalized celebrations.

She lives in a magical region spanning Tuscany—home to Siena, Florence, Lucca, and Pisa—and the Cinque Terre, known for its famous villages of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso. Inspired by the area's beauty, Rachele encourages others to discover its charm.

Guided by the philosophy "less is more," she has a fondness for wedding proposals, elopements, and intimate weddings, constantly seeking out "secret" venues for her signature "bonsai weddings"—small, intimate, and bespoke events where every detail is carefully curated. "With a microwedding, you can access exclusive locations that would be impossible for larger groups. Imagine a hidden garden tucked away in a medieval Italian town, a boat anchored in a secluded cove, or the top of an ancient tower. And with fewer guests, your banquet can be as simple or as gourmet as you wish, with individually crafted dishes," Rachele explains.
