Spuma was founded in 2020 on the shores of Lake Como, growing out of the fine dining world of Una Finestra Sul Lagoin Carate Urio. Created by three young founders, Glauco Noseda, Nathan, and Jacopo Martignoni, the project was born from a desire to take beyond the restaurant walls the very pillars that defined its success: high-quality cuisine, impeccable service, and a fresh, authentic experience.
Today, Spuma represents a new approach to catering and banqueting. Their vision blends ingredients and equipment of the highest level with a focus on people, design, and personalization. The team is made up of passionate professionals who share a unified goal: to create events that feel memorable, effortless, and entirely unique.

With Executive Chef Andrea Stivaletta, Spuma also curates bespoke menus and interactive masterclasses, from cocktail sessions to pizza making.
Cocktails are one of Spuma’s signatures. Each recipe is custom-crafted using premium ingredients sourced globally and served from designed-to-fit bars, enhanced with touches like branded ice cubes and themed garnishes, blending visual impact with flavor.
