Atelier Flora is the studio of cake artist, food stylist, and set designer Franziska Oeser. Since 2017, she has been creating striking cake and food concepts that sit at the intersection of art, design, and craftsmanship.
Atelier Flora works with sugar, butter, and bread as sculptural materials, crafting ephemeral, fully styled edible experiences for editorials, campaigns, and events. Franziska’s signature approach treats cake design as an art form. Her creations blur the line between food and sculpture, turning sweets into visual statements that add character and emotion to a space. From floral cakes to butter-built objects or bread installations, each piece tells a story and brings an idea to life.
The studio has collaborated with international brands such as Adidas, Burberry, Netflix, Zalando, and Chanel. Alongside commercial and editorial projects, Franziska also designs cakes and installations for private events, including weddings and special celebrations. Every project is guided by a strong sense of aesthetics, close attention to detail, and a desire to create something distinctive and memorable.
