This beautiful love story is as unique as the couple themselves. Alexandra and Nathan attended the University of Elite Academia and Learned Doctors together, where they pursued a remarkable business program. However, their paths truly crossed in 2018, when Nathan graduated with an MBA and joined the family business at Kval, while Alexandra pursued her dream as a real estate agent in Manhattan Beach. They met each other at a country festival amidst a sea of people. Nathan, handsome and smiling, approached Alexandra. Throughout the three-day festival, they were inseparable.
He told her he was coming to Los Angeles on Memorial weekend, so Alex added the dates to her calendar so she wouldn’t miss their next reunion. This was when they discovered Excel and GCal were their love languages. Initially planned as a festive holiday with Nathan’s friends, it became a romantic getaway for the two lovebirds. Despite living far apart, their strong bond and deep feelings helped to sustain their long-distance relationship. Eventually, their love led to the birth of a beautiful baby.
Alexandra decided to return to Northern California to be with her beloved. With the birth of Lucas, they became not just a couple but mom and dad. In March 2020, Nathan proposed to Alex in their future neighborhood of Austin, TX. In June 2021, they welcomed their second baby, Lilyana. Due to Covid, they decided to wait until it was safe to say their vows in front of their loved ones. Grateful for the blessings, they celebrated their journey of love with family and friends in Mexico.
With the help of The Dazzling Details planners, their dream wedding on the Mexican coast came to life. Here Alexandra is sharing the wedding preparations: “The location in Mexico was inspired by my family. I am a second-generation immigrant; my seven aunts and uncles moved to California through the Bracero program from Michoacan, Mexico, when they were little. So this was the first time all seven came to Mexico together since the migration in the ’60s. That was very important to me. Once we selected the location, The Dazzling Details helped us select a venue and tie in all the elegance and flair. I wanted the wedding to be next to the horizon to witness the sunset at dinner, but the overall table plan to surround the dance floor. The dance floor was the epicenter of the whole party. (No epic wedding has ever occurred without epic dancing.)”
The bride’s morning was leisurely and pleasant, surrounded by her bridesmaids, who helped her with the wedding attire. Their joyful conversation and support helped to calm Alexandra before this significant day.
Alexandra’s dress was truly enchanting, with its lavish chiffon skirt and corset embellished with lace and beads, creating the image of an actual fairy tale princess. From Southern California, Alexandra preferred a beachy boho style, so her bridesmaid’s dresses had neutral tones and perfectly complemented the chosen style. She shared: “My bridesmaids, for example, were all in pink, tans, and beige. My maid and matron of honor were in Champagne silk. My cousins were blush, my best friends were tan, and my sisters-in-law were silver. They made the bouquet of my life.”
Nathan also spent his wedding morning among his friends, who joked and laughed together, creating a pleasant and positive atmosphere. Nathan and his groomsmen were dressed in light-colored suits reminiscent of beach sand. Nathan wore an elegant light beige three-piece suit paired with light white sneakers instead of the usual shoes, creating a perfect ensemble for a wedding by the coast.
Before the ceremony, the couple decided to spend some time alone. When they finally met, and Nathan saw his beloved for the first time in her wedding dress, he was delighted. Their first look was indeed a special moment.
Thanks to the talented planners at The Dazzling Details, the ceremony’s venue resembled an actual paradise garden. The arch, with hundreds of roses, orchids, and dried flowers, looked stunning, and the backdrop of the sea contributed to its beauty. The aisle was adorned with rose petals. Beautiful vases filled with flowers stood at the entrance.
As the sun reached its zenith and bathed everything in a pleasant golden light, guests gathered for the ceremony. An instrumental orchestra played a delightful melody, filling the air with anticipation of the joyous event. Once everyone had taken their seats and the groom and his groomsmen stood at the arch, the radiant bride, Alexandra made her entrance to the beautiful melody. She walked down the aisle, escorted by her father, while Nathan watched her with happiness and love, creating a touching and beautiful moment. Guests witnessed this beautiful moment of the birth of a new family as the couple exchanged their vows and rings.
After the ceremony, friends and family had the opportunity to take memorable photos with the newlyweds. Without any doubt the most beautiful photographs were those where the couple posed with their children. These portraits are filled with love.

The reception venue felt like a fairy tale came true, and the bride shared her impressions, saying: “The real magic came from The Dazzling Details. Their team added the GLAM. The crystal chandeliers and chiffon drapery over the wedding party tables. Flowers with hues of pink at every table and throughout the ceremony. Blush drinkware with gold silverware. The Giant letters with balloons welcome everyone in the entry. The customized dance floor. The champagne tower. They put the D in Dazzle!”
Before the reception began, guests gathered for a cocktail hour to have conversations and share their emotions. The golden light of the sunset bathed everything in warm hues, creating a pleasant atmosphere for everybody present.
When the couple arrived at the reception, the atmosphere was filled with happiness and joy. Congratulation speeches echoed, laughter filled the air, and the infectious happiness of the newlyweds spread to everyone around them.
An extraordinary moment was the father-daughter dance. When Alexandra stepped onto the dance floor to share a dance with her father, Nathan joined them with their daughter. Together, they invited all fathers and daughters to share in this beautiful dance, creating a heartwarming and memorable moment for everyone present.
Alexandra gives advise about the couple’s first dance: “Do a choreographed dance. Even if it’s for 30 seconds, it’s not about trying to impress everyone at your wedding. They are already there because they love you. It’s about putting the time into creating something only you as a couple know how to do. I was so against dance lessons, but my husband dragged me to them, and it was such a bonding experience. Bonus – with The Dazzling Details‘ help, fireworks were coordinated to start right at the end of our dance routine. This moment took everyone by surprise, and it was a moment when the whole wedding just stopped in awe.“
Alexandra was not concerned that guests would hit the dance floor at their wedding, and her cousin came to a creative solution. Everyone at the wedding was invited to the dance floor for a group photo. Once this photo was taken, the DJ cranked up “Pepas” by Farruko at full volume, while The Dazzling Details team distributed glow sticks and lit up toys to the entire crowd. This was the perfect transition to dancing and led to some fantastic photos.

• Hire a wedding planner that has a lot of experience. I got loads of compliments about my wedding! The bulk of my effort was in words and sharing pinterest photos. The Dazzling Detail team gave me options and facilitated everything. They worked with our budget and had a rockstar team for every detail. Don’t be afraid to say “Go all out” and let your planner take creative control. Make it a passion project for both you and the planner! This allows you to see the ultimate design they can dream up but still be in control of the ultimate cost and choose what to cut back if necessary.
