Liljestrand House
The Liljestrand Foundation was created by the Liljestrand family in 2007 to preserve Liljestrand House, the tropical modern masterpiece designed by Vladimir Ossipoff, and to make that preservation beneficial to the community. The landscape design for the Liljestrand House is credited to Catherine Thompson, who was Hawai‘i’s first licensed landscape architect.
