Established in New York City in 2017, Danielle Frankel Studio creates breathtaking and utterly unique pieces inspired by the joy and beauty of bridal. Their techniques and aesthetics marry simplicity with intricacy, which is evident in every aspect of construction and finishing. Founder Danielle Frankel Hirsch takes a forward-thinking approach to modern desires, constantly striving to exceed her client’s expectations and redefine the bridal experience by challenging conventions.
A deep study of texture, unique fabrications, and gesturally arranged flowers lead Danielle Frankel to a sort of accidental Impressionism for Spring 2025. Oil-on-canvas landscapes are interpreted by hand-painted petit-fleurs, watercolor prints, and sculpted blooms from layers of soft tulle at the bust.
This season, the studio’s signature interplay of hard and soft and its relaxed refinement join pointedly feminine details that are naturally mussed at the edges. Soft ballgowns are uniquely decorated with a hand-cut strip fabric technique; silk organza sets side by side with Lyon lace appliques, clay blossoms, and hand-frayed silk wool strip embroidery.
From an ethereal soft tulle cocoon coat and a silk metal gown adorned with hand-painted florals to two-piece structured sets, the collection offers many standout designs that effortlessly captivate attention.
