Loana and Tim, two talented musicians, met during their studies at a music college in Boston. Their connection was nothing short of destiny—Tim from the UK and Loana from Mexico, their paths crossing in a place none of them could call home. Their friendship blossomed online due to remote classes, but it turned into a face-to-face connection when Loana returned to Boston in the fall. Their love story began as a deep friendship built on long conversations and shared interests. Even their friends sensed the budding romance, jokingly claiming they would give speeches at their eventual wedding—a playful notion that would come true prophetically.
During a winter visit back to the UK, Tim realized his true feelings. The distance made him miss Loana immensely, highlighting the depth of his affection. Upon returning, Tim orchestrated a perfect day that culminated at an Italian café where he officially asked Loana out, setting the stage for a year of travel and familial introductions.
A romance filled with thoughtful gestures followed, including Tim sending Loana letters, each describing how he envisioned their future together. They were dreams of shared seasons, from fall cozes to vibrant springs. The final letter was handed to Loana on the bridge where they first confessed their love. The last line, a cue for a life-changing moment, read: “Depending on your answer to the next question, turn around.” As she turned, Loana found Tim on one knee, ring in hand, in a proposal as heartfelt as their journey together.
When the time came for Loana and Tim to choose a venue for their wedding, Hacienda los Arcángeles stood out as an impeccable choice. This exquisite estate, nestled in the heart of Mexico, offered a blend of beauty, authenticity, and vibrant Mexican flair—qualities that resonated deeply with the couple’s artistic spirits. The estate’s sprawling gardens and elegant halls offered a visually stunning environment that complemented the day’s performances and festivities. From the string quartet’s melodies drifting through the air to the vibrant colors of the Baile folklórico dancers, every detail was accentuated by the hacienda’s enchanting character.
Loana’s wedding morning was an enchanting time filled with anticipation and excitement. She was surrounded by her closest friends in the atmosphere of shared joy and the tender act of getting ready for a momentous occasion. Loana chose a stunning wedding dress from a fairy tale that made her look like a princess. The gown featured a voluminous skirt flowing gracefully with every step she took, embodying elegance and majesty.
Her hair was expertly styled in an updo, adding a sophisticated touch to her overall appearance. A beautiful hairpin served as the crown jewel of her hairstyle. Her look was completed with classic white shoes, which provided both comfort and style, perfectly matching the exquisite details of her dress.
Tim’s wedding day began with a morning surrounded by his groomsmen, filled with lively conversations and brotherly support. This relaxed, joyful tone for the day, as they shared memories and prepared for the ceremony.
Tim chose a dark blue suit for his wedding attire—a classic choice that projected elegance and sophistication. The suit was perfectly tailored to fit him, highlighting his stature. The choice of a brown tie was an excellent accent, harmonizing beautifully with his brown shoes. This combination not only enhanced his outfit but also subtly tied in with the wedding’s color scheme, adding a layer of thoughtful coordination to the aesthetics of the day.
Set against a stunning chapel, the wedding ceremony location was picture-perfect. Nestled in the heart of a lush green garden, the beautiful white stone building, with its picturesque pond, made for a breathtaking scene. A lavish arch adorned with delicate baby’s breath flowers framed the entrance, adding an air of enchantment. White chairs lending a festive touch to the setting, while the aisle was beautifully decorated with more baby’s breath floral arrangements, creating a dreamy pathway that seemed straight out of a fairy tale.
The ceremony was a beautiful, heartfelt moment filled with love, soulful songs, and a religious ceremony that united two loving hearts. Tim and Loana exchanged touching vows, resonating with deep emotion and commitment. As they walked down the aisle together, guests showered them with white rose petals, a symbolic gesture of blessings and joy that created a magical atmosphere.
After the ceremony, guests had a wonderful opportunity to capture memorable photos with the couple.

The sound of a beautiful Mexican melody performed by a live ensemble filled the air, setting the perfect tone for the couple’s first dance. It had a striking design, and we spent several sessions with the pastry chef and designer. Watching her sketch the cake and present various drafts was a unique experience. We had three or four meetings during which she drew flowers, colors, styles, and flavors. Our experience working with Elian Repostería was truly exceptional.”
The evening was a vibrant celebration filled with music, dance, and endless fun. It was punctuated by touching moments, notably when Tim performed a song he had written primarily for Loana. This gesture added a deeply personal touch to the festivities, moving many guests to emotion. The atmosphere was charged with the love of family and friends who had gathered to share the couple’s happiness on this unforgettable day.
