Feeling the effects of jetlag after flying in from India, Harrison decided to give it a shot. At that very same time, Bianca found herself in a situation where she needed a date to avoid being the third wheel. Despite her initial reservations, she reluctantly downloaded Bumble. Little did they know that this seemingly ordinary decision to download a dating app would set the foundation for a love story that would bring them together in ways they could have never imagined.
Despite the heavy rain that day, Harrison had a special plan to propose to Bianca during their mountain hike: “Throughout the day, I convinced Bianca we should go for a walk up the Keperra mountain near our house after work. We hadn’t been up there yet and convinced her, “It would be nice to get out of the house.” Earlier in the day, I had ducked out to run an errand and hiked up the mountain with 100kgs of roses and champagne. Did I mention it was raining? I got home drenched – so I snuck quickly to the shower. She had no clue!”
