Location

The wedding took place at the breathtaking Villa Bokeh, a luxurious boutique hotel with a rich history. Today, Villa Bokeh has been beautifully restored and is celebrated as one of the most enchanting hotels in Antigua, Guatemala.

Bridal Morning

Margaret’s wedding morning was deeply touching and filled with emotion. She and William had written heartfelt letters to each other, which they read on the morning of the big day. Margaret spent the morning surrounded by her cherished bridesmaids, sipping champagne and getting ready for the special day ahead.

The dress was a custom-made Vera Wang, and one of Margaret’s favorite features was the veil, with its intricate lace details that were simply stunning. She wore the gown with elegant Manolo Blahnik shoes and wore her late mother’s perfume as a touching way to have her close on this special day. Margaret shared a heartfelt first look with both her bridesmaids and her father. The moment with her dad was especially emotional, as neither of them could hold back their tears.

Groom's Fashion

William’s wedding morning was filled with excitement as he prepared for the big day. He chose a timeless, elegant look that made him feel every bit the prince charming. His classic suit, tailored to perfection, reflected the traditional and sophisticated vibe he wanted for the wedding. As he got ready, surrounded by his closest friends, the room buzzed with shared stories and laughter. With every detail in place, William was ready to meet Margaret and begin their journey together, feeling both excited for the day ahead.

Ceremony

Margaret felt like a princess as her father walked her down the aisle, creating a beautiful and meaningful moment for them both.

The ceremony took place at Escuela de Cristo in Antigua, Guatemala, a stunning antique church that perfectly embodied the grand and traditional aesthetic Margaret and William envisioned. The aisle was lined with white roses and daisies, their fragrance gently filling the air and adding a heavenly touch to the already magical atmosphere. It was a deeply special moment for the couple, who couldn’t help but exchange loving glances and share little laughs throughout the ceremony, making the day more memorable.

Moment Alone

After the ceremony, Margaret and William took a few private moments together, just the two of them savoring the joy of being newlyweds. The timeless charm of Antigua, Guatemala, with its rich history and romantic atmosphere, provided the perfect setting for their intimate photoshoot. Quint Photography beautifully captured these tender moments, highlighting the couple’s love and the elegance of their surroundings. Each image tells a story, blending the emotion of the day with the exquisite details of their celebration.

Reception Decor

The reception took place in a grand marquee set amidst the lush garden, creating a breathtaking atmosphere. The space was transformed into a dreamlike setting with cascading floral arrangements that brought the outdoors in. Soft, romantic lighting and crystal chandeliers added a touch of elegance, while a stunning 12-meter hydrangea floral arrangement welcomed guests at the entrance, setting an enchanting tone for the evening. Every detail was designed to create a truly magical and memorable celebration.

The highlight of the reception was undoubtedly the candy bar, which was a true feast for the eyes. The centerpiece was an impressive croquembouche, standing tall and adorned with caramel-dipped profiteroles. Surrounding it were tiers of delicate pastries, from mini tarts to rich chocolate. The lush greenery and soft tassel decor above the table added a whimsical touch, making the candy bar not just a treat but a visual masterpiece.

The Celebration

For the reception, the newlyweds wanted to ensure their guests had an unforgettable experience, especially after traveling such a long way. They chose a stunning location, served delicious food, and made sure there was plenty to drink so everyone could fully enjoy the celebration. The first dance was set to an instrumental version of “Tale as Old as Time,” creating a truly magical moment. Margaret’s dad gave a heartfelt toast, and they shared a special dance, adding another layer of emotion to the evening.

Right after the newlyweds cut their wedding cake, they used a beautiful knife and server set that had been a special gift from Margaret’s mom.

The reception was an unforgettable celebration filled with energy and excitement. The party truly came alive with a live sax player, a dynamic band, and a surprise DJ set by Margaret’s cousin. The atmosphere was electric, and guests danced the night away under the sparkling chandeliers. It was a night filled with joy, music, and love, perfectly capping off a day that was as magical as it was memorable.
