Set on the hills of Ibiza, this wedding at Puig Redo was envisioned as a celebration that evolved naturally throughout the day, balancing glamour, emotion, and pure energy. Planned by JC Bespoke Events, the experience unfolded across the villa’s different levels, moving from a poolside cocktail hour and a sunlit ceremony into a garden dinner under chandeliers, and ending with a late-night after-party in the villa’s private club. Every moment was designed to feel immersive, blending elegant details with a strong sense of happiness.

Location: Ibiza, Spain
Style: Glam, Chic, Party-Focused
Time of planning: Over 1 year
Number of guests: 200
Setting: Luxurious Property
Season: Summer

Yoan and Leana first met in their birth country, Senegal, during their middle-school years, beginning a love story that quietly grew over a decade before they officially got engaged in 2024. The proposal took place during their second summer in Ibiza, a night Yoan planned down to the last detail with the help of their closest friends. A private chef dinner in a beautiful villa set the scene, followed by celebrations at Hï Ibiza, “an unforgettable night,” as they describe it.

From that moment, the decision felt obvious: Ibiza was where they would say I do. Their wedding became exactly what they had envisioned, “a warm, joyful party filled with love, sun, friends, and family,” bringing together everyone who had shaped their journey and celebrating the place they had truly fallen in love with.

Bride's Fashion

For her wedding look, Leana wore a custom Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda gown in ivory satin, featuring a structured corset bodice and a dramatic lace train. The silhouette was sculpted and feminine, with visible corsetry that felt unmistakably couture while remaining clean and modern. She styled the dress with lace gloves for a romantic, slightly dramatic edge and a long, flowing veil that added movement and softness. She chose Dolce & Gabbana platform wedges, combining elegance with comfort and allowing her to dance and celebrate freely throughout the night.

Jewelry was kept minimal and refined, with a diamond tennis necklace and delicate diamond earrings. Her hair, styled by Faye Browne, was pulled into a sleek ponytail with soft face-framing pieces, creating a fresh, modern look that complemented the veil. Glowy, polished makeup by Raja Daniel completed the ensemble, featuring defined eyes, bronzed skin, and a natural, glossy lip. Leana’s look felt both glamorous and authentic, striking the perfect balance between couture bride and Ibiza party girl.

Groom's Fashion

Yoan also chose Dolce & Gabbana for his wedding look, wearing a classic black tuxedo with a white shirt and a black bow tie. Black shoes completed the look, while a subtle lapel detail replaced a traditional boutonniere.

Cocktail Hour

The celebration started with a beautifully curated cocktail hour. For both the cocktail hour and dinner, the couple envisioned a Lebanese–Mediterranean buffet. The experience began with refined canapés during cocktail hour, setting a relaxed yet elevated tone.

"It was a unique weekend, where all the people who mean the most to us gathered in Ibiza to celebrate our love. Having our closest family and friends together in such a magical place made the entire experience unforgettable and filled every moment with warmth, joy, and emotion."

Ceremony

The ceremony took place in the gardens of Puig Redo, set against Ibiza’s rolling hills and lush greenery. Rather than following a traditional format, the couple chose to center the moment around Lebanese wedding customs, honoring their shared heritage in a way that felt authentic and deeply personal.

“For me, the most unforgettable moment was walking in with my father. The emotion was overwhelming, and seeing Yoan discover my dress for the very first time is something I will cherish forever,” shared Leana.

The atmosphere was emotional and joyful, creating what they described as “the perfect start to the party.” One of the most moving moments was the bride’s entrance with her father, a gesture filled with meaning and quiet emotion, beautifully captured by Rebekka Eliza and Unique Wedding

Modern in style but rich in cultural references, the ceremony reflected who they are as a couple and as a family. Guests later shared that it felt personal, energetic, and full of heart.

Planning & Design

The wedding concept came together naturally, inspired by Ibiza itself and by who they are as a couple. From the start, they knew they didn’t want a classic romantic wedding, but a glamorous garden party that would gradually evolve into a full-scale night celebration. Puig Redo, with its rolling hills, lush greenery, and layered spaces, offered the perfect setting for that journey: a ceremony and cocktail hour by the pool, dinner in the garden beneath chandeliers, and an after-party that transformed the villa into a private club.

"Our wedding planner, Johanna from JC Bespoke Events, truly brought to life the wedding we had always dreamed of. Thanks to her talent, attention to detail, and the quality of her vendors, every element of the wedding perfectly reflected our vision."

For the color palette and florals, they chose a single, bold signature tone rather than a mix of shades: deep wine and burgundy. Aurea Floral Studio brought the vision to life with statement arrangements featuring dark anthuriums, hydrangeas, cascading amaranthus, and soft, dusty-pink roses. Set against crisp white tables and the lush green garden, the rich florals created a glamorous, modern, and slightly dramatic look, amplified by the chandeliers floating above the tables.

Reception

The atmosphere of the reception was carefully shaped to create moments of real emotional impact. The father–daughter dance, Yoan’s dance with his mother, and the couple’s own dance before cutting the cake each carried a quiet symbolism, feeling deeply intimate despite being shared with more than 200 guests. These moments set a heartfelt tone before the celebration transitioned into pure joy.

After dinner, a generous dessert buffet was revealed. Instead of a traditional cake, the couple chose a vintage-inspired strawberry cake presented in a tower format, with slices served as the dessert tables opened.

Music guided the energy of the night: the evening began with a DJ playing well-loved hits for friends and family, before shifting into a late-night after-party led by ARYMÉ, whose deeper, club-style sound carried the celebration well into the night.

"Working with Leana and Yoan was such a joy from start to finish. From our very first conversations, it was clear how much they cared about creating a celebration that wasn’t only beautiful but also personal; a weekend that honored their culture, told their story, and gave their guests a true Ibiza experience."

Advice from the couple:

• Don’t stress, and don’t waste too much energy worrying about every little detail. Enjoy every single moment, because the day goes by incredibly fast, faster than you can imagine, and you’ll find yourself wishing you could relive it all over again. Make the most of every second.
