In Florence, near the historic carousel at Piazza della Repubblica, inspired by the music of a local street singer and the dancing crowd, Anna and Christoph decided to get married.
Nagi Graphy skillfully used natural settings to highlight the romance and intimacy of their big day, as demonstrated by the soft glow of afternoon lights that add a cozy feeling. The warm tones in the photographs vividly capture an early Florentine fall, effectively conveying the day’s atmosphere.
On their wedding morning, Anna and Christoph prepared for the day with their close friends and family at Villa Medicea di Lilliano. Anna looked stunning in a long gown featuring a deep V-back and a flowing veil adorned with delicate heart-shaped appliques. Christoph was elegantly dressed in a beige suit paired with a bow tie and suspenders, with a small white boutonniere matching his bride’s bouquet.
Anna and Christoph’s first look was a genuine moment set against the dramatic backdrop of the ancient fountain. They walked hand in hand around the villa, sharing dances and kisses, marking the beginning of their unforgettable day.
Anna and Christoph’s wedding ceremony took place on a terrace, overlooking the stunning Florentine landscape with the iconic Duomo of Florence visible in the distance. Surrounded by close friends and family, they exchanged rings and heartfelt vows. The atmosphere was joyful and unique, highlighted by the Gin Tonic shots during the ceremony, adding a fun and memorable twist.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds hosted a delightful cocktail hour in the villa’s lush gardens. Guests mingled and savored a selection of drinks, including the traditional Italian Aperol Spritz. They enjoyed the beautiful Tuscan views and the relaxed scene under the warmth of the setting sun.
At Anna and Christoph’s reception, the long dining table set against the garden backdrop created a stunning setting for the celebration. It was elegantly decorated with olive branches and lemons, capturing the local charm. Fairy lights cast a soft glow overhead, enhancing the evening’s ambiance.
At the reception, guests enjoyed watching the couple prepare a traditional millefoglie cake, and tasted treats from an Italian gelato cart – a true highlight of the evening. The night concluded with a sparkling first dance under the stars, accompanied by radiant smiles and sweet kisses.
