Allison and Andreas are truly an unforgettable couple. Both were independent souls who met unexpectedly through mutual friends at a local gym. It was a cosmic collision that sparked a strong friendship, which only grew stronger during the global pandemic. Along the way, they welcomed a French Bulldog named Fendi into their lives. Allison and Andreas share a deep respect for each other, a strong sense of companionship, and a mutual love for their beloved Fendi.

The lovebirds initially dreamt of eloping romantically in the charming Italian town of Positano. However, they decided to bring the essence of Positano to Cape Cod to share their special day with loved ones, creating an “Amalfi on the Cape” ambiance. The wedding was a beautiful celebration of love and joy, featuring a romantic boat ride, touching vows, and the memorable speeches of family and friends. The night was filled with dancing, karaoke, and laughter, all captured beautifully by the videographer, One Cameraman, who preserved the joyful moments and immortalized the stunning scenery that enveloped the couple on their magical day.

The wedding weekend took place in the picturesque setting of Cape Cod, a beautiful peninsula extending into the Atlantic Ocean from southeastern Massachusetts. It was the perfect backdrop for Allison and Andreas, as well as their guests, to enjoy and celebrate.

Allison’s wedding morning was filled with joyful emotions as she and her bridesmaids got ready, singing and dancing to set the perfect mood for the day. She had her own “say yes to the dress” moment at Kleinfelds, where she met fashion designer Gustavo Nunez and chose a stunning lace gown by Verdin Bridal. Hair and makeup were top priorities for Allison, so she brought her glam team from Richmond, Virginia, all the way to Cape Cod to ensure everything was perfect.

Andreas drew his fashion inspiration from the navy tux James Bond wore in Skyfall, and the team at Suit Supply brought his vision to life. To complete the look, he wore a pair of French Bulldog cufflinks, a thoughtful gift from Allison and their 3-year-old Frenchie, Fendi.

Set in a picturesque outdoor location, Andreas and Allison exchanged vows surrounded by close family and friends. In a touching tribute to the past, the groom’s uncle officiated the ceremony at the very place where he and his wife were married 25 years earlier. As the couple exchanged rings and vows, their loved ones watched with admiration and joy.

The wedding theme, “A & A Say ‘I Veuve,'” was a playful nod to the bride’s love for Veuve Clicquot champagne. This bubbly beverage, Allison’s go-to for any celebratory occasion, inspired the wedding’s color palette – a mix of Veuve’s signature yellow and rosé pink. And, of course, Veuve was the exclusive bubbly choice throughout the entire wedding weekend, making every toast a delicious reminder of the couple’s love and the joy of their celebration.

The wedding was unique because it wasn’t just a single day – it was a full weekend celebration with their closest family and friends. Many guests had never been to the Cape, so the bride and groom planned a quintessential Cape Cod experience for everyone. The festivities included a boat charter and a clambake, with plenty of lobster, clams, and oysters for all to enjoy. The celebration had a stunning champagne tower, lots of dancing, singing, and fun moments for the newlyweds and their guests to cherish.

Advice from the Couple:

• There are no “have to’s” or “shouldn’t do’s” – while we respected the spirit of tradition and had some very touching nods to it, we wanted to create an event that was uniquely ours. Every decision we made came back to wanting people to feel like they were at “Allison & Andreas’ wedding”. Personalization became a priority, allowing us to focus on things that mattered.
