Oliver’s proposal to Sophie at Cap Rocat was the beginning of their magical journey to the altar. Sophie thought they were on the island to celebrate her mother’s 60th birthday, but Oliver had another plan. Under the pretense of a client meeting, Oliver led Sophie to a private dinner for two, set against the ocean with lanterns and candlelight. It was in this serene setting that Sophie said yes, with a hidden photographer capturing the beautiful moment. “We wanted to reunite all our friends, family, and loved ones on the island for our wedding weekend,” Sophie shared.
Location & Planning
The choice of Villa Sa Torre for the wedding venue was perfect. The villa’s breathtaking landscapes, coupled with its charm and natural beauty, created an idyllic setting. The venue exuded old-world charm with its rustic stone walls, framed by lush greenery, palm trees, and cypress trees. The spacious grounds allowed for a grand outdoor ceremony and a lavish reception under the stars, all thoughtfully arranged to accommodate their 140 guests.
Living For Tomorrow, known for their attention to detail, helped bring Sophie and Oliver’s vision to life. The couple’s desire for a sophisticated, chic wedding was reflected in every detail, from the monochrome aesthetic of the reception tables to the glittering disco ball ceiling above the dance floor. The planning team’s foresight ensured a flawless day, with tents and backup plans on standby due to unpredictable weather.
Bridal Morning
Sophie looked absolutely stunning on her big day, dressed in an exquisite gown by Monique Lhuillier. The voluminous off-the-shoulder dress made a bold yet elegant statement, complementing the timeless monochrome theme of the wedding.
Paired with Jimmy Choo shoes and Dior earrings, Sophie’s look was nothing short of breathtaking. Her beauty look was perfected by Ausra Ruksene, who crafted flawless makeup and hairstyle, ensuring Sophie felt radiant from morning to night. Bridesmaids were adorned in floral dresses that added a romantic, whimsical touch to the day.
Oliver opted for a classic, sophisticated look, wearing a tailored Tom Ford tuxedo, complete with a Gucci bow tie. His sleek and polished appearance perfectly complemented Sophie’s timeless elegance, making the couple look like they had stepped out of a fashion magazine.
Ceremony
Set in the expansive grounds of the villa, the couple opted for a stunning outdoor ceremony, where they exchanged vows in a circular open plain surrounded by lush greenery.
Sophie made her dramatic entrance walking down a 200-meter natural aisle, flanked by trees that led to the ceremony space. As Sophie approached the circular ceremony setup, her gown’s elegant train billowed behind her, making a statement of timeless beauty.
The ceremony’s decor embraced a soft, natural color palette, with white hydrangeas and delicate greenery woven into an asymmetrical floral arch that framed the couple as they exchanged vows. The towering arrangements of white blooms stood as a perfect complement to the soft tones of the natural setting.
Guests were seated on light wooden chairs, neatly arranged in a semi-circle, ensuring that everyone had the perfect view of Sophie’s grand entrance. A string trio played softly in the background, adding an elegant, serene ambiance to the moment.
One of the most memorable highlights was the moment Sophie and Oliver shared their first kiss as newlyweds. As they embraced, confetti cannons released a shower of white petals into the air, creating a magical scene that left guests in awe. The petals floated gently down, creating a stunning backdrop for this perfect moment.
Private Moment
After the ceremony Sophie and Oliver took a moment alone to bask in their newlywed bliss. The villa’s gardens provided the perfect backdrop for their private photoshoot, beautifully captured by Marta D. Weddings. The couple’s moment alone amidst the lush greenery and historic architecture highlighted the intimacy and magnificence of the day.
Decor & Setting
The reception area was an elegant open-air space framed by towering palm trees and illuminated by hundreds of string lights that twinkled above the long dining tables. Living For Tomorrow’s team curated every element of the evening celebration, from the elegant tableware to the soft candlelight that set the mood for the evening.
The decor was a study in monochrome sophistication, with white hydrangeas being the centerpiece of every table. The florals, carefully arranged in low, clear glass vases, brought a fresh and timeless aesthetic that perfectly complemented the overall theme. Tall, slender candlesticks held pure white taper candles, adding a soft, romantic glow as the evening set in.
"The bride had a distinct vision for the dining tables and we expanded on that, sourcing chairs, tableware, and lounge seating areas for both the reception and the post-dinner evening setup."

Cocktail Hour
The cocktail hour was set in the stunning outdoor courtyard surrounded by towering cypress trees. Guests mingled in chic attire, sipping signature cocktails under the warm afternoon sun. Comfortable lounge areas, accented with neutral tones and luxurious textures, created a welcoming space for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting.
An assortment of delicious bites, including vibrant canapés, were passed around, adding a touch of local flavor to the experience. The relaxed yet stylish ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening’s festivities to follow.
Reception
As the guests gathered under the sparkling canopy of lights for dinner, they were treated to an exquisite dining experience crafted by Marc Fosh and his renowned team, considered the finest in Mallorca. The four-course menu was a culinary delight, with each dish carefully selected to reflect the couple’s tastes. A standout was the delectable pasta course, featuring the couple’s favorite, Caccio e Peppe, which elevated the meal to a memorable and indulgent experience for everyone present.
As Sophie and Oliver glided onto the dance floor for their first dance, they were illuminated by one of the night’s most striking features—the 55 glitter balls suspended overhead. This dazzling display had been hinted at in the couple’s bespoke invitations and echoed throughout the décor, tying together the event’s glamorous aesthetic. Miniature glitter balls even served as place settings, offering guests a creative memento of the day.
Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Sophie and Oliver opted for a towering tiramisu, which made a grand statement during the cake-cutting ceremony. As the couple approached the dessert, 12-foot sparklers lit up the night, creating a breathtaking visual spectacle. The dramatic backdrop of sparkling lights added to the excitement, as guests cheered while Sophie and Oliver made the first slice.
"The groom requested to have a surprise Opera singer from Rome perform on the night, so we had him flown in, and the bride had absolutely no idea. Just after dinner, he serenaded the guests, singing from up high on top of a terrace, and finally made his way down to perform some of the most beautiful operatic classics to the crowd."

"Fo rlate night snacks instead of the traditional options, we brought in a pizza truck with an incredible chef who made sourdough pizzas to order using an authentic pizza oven. There was a queue all night!"

After Party
As the evening celebrations kicked off, Sophie and Oliver made a quick change into their party outfits. Sophie swapped her elegant gown for a fun and flirty short dress, perfect for dancing the night away. Oliver changed his white Tom Ford tuxedo to a black suit.
With infectious energy, the live band transformed the atmosphere, seamlessly transitioning guests from the dining area to the dance floor for an unforgettable night of revelry.
"Sophie and Ollie had also fallen in love with a band they had seen on a previous trip to Coco's in Paris, so we flew them in for the evening, adding an unforgettable dimension to the festivities."

Advice from the couple:
• We made sure we had tents on standby due to the ever-changing weather in Europe and made a last-minute decision whether or not to install them. We decided not to, but it was touch and go with rain in the morning! We also built extra time into the schedule to give us wet weather contingency on the day, which we were so grateful for as the heavens opened for the first half of the day and production couldn’t start their build on time due to very intricate electrical equipment. Having a Plan A, B and C for wet weather plans is key for seamless planning.
