Location: Tuscany, Italy
Style: Romantic, elegant, classic
Time of planning: 9 months
Number of guests: 50
Setting: Villa
Season: Fall
Margarita and Toni met during their university years, and from the beginning, it was as though they had known each other all their lives. Their connection quickly grew into a strong relationship that deepened over time. Despite facing challenges like long-distance and the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, their bond grew stronger with every step. When it came time to plan the wedding, they wanted a celebration that would reflect their journey — intimate, elegant, and stylish. Tuscany, with its rolling hills and historic charm, became the perfect setting for their dream day.
Location & Planning
Set among lush green hills, Villa Commenda Concordia was the perfect backdrop for the wedding. With its timeless stone architecture and sprawling gardens, it had an old-world Italian charm that felt naturally romantic. The picturesque courtyard hosted both the ceremony and reception, surrounded by tall cypress trees and greenery. The venue perfectly matched the couple’s elegant theme, carefully selected and coordinated by Valentina Kera.
"The whole process of organization was held remotely. We had as many video meetings and calls with the couple as was necessary and were in touch with them by messages 24/7."

Fashion
Inspired by Ermanno Scervino’s signature style, Margarita chose a gown from Vera Wang that perfectly combined modern minimalism with timeless refinement. The dress featured a clean, structured silhouette, a dramatic train, and sheer gloves that added a romantic, contemporary touch. She completed her look with classic Gianvito Rossi heels and a delicate bouquet of blush peonies and ivory roses, beautifully arranged by Paola Maly. Her hair, styled into a simple and graceful updo with soft, natural makeup, highlighted her radiant smile and serene beauty.
Toni wore a navy double-breasted suit and an ivory tie, reflecting his vision of refined sophistication with a modern edge. A single cream rose boutonniere, echoing Margarita’s bouquet, added the perfect finishing touch to his look.
Ceremony
The intimate ceremony took place on the villa’s stunning terrace, with rolling hills and distant mountains as the backdrop. A delicate arch adorned with clusters of baby’s breath, blush roses, and creamy blooms stood as the centerpiece, beautifully framing the couple as they exchanged heartfelt vows. Transparent ghost chairs lined the aisle, adding a contemporary touch that perfectly balanced the venue’s timeless charm.
“Everything should have been elegant and more of a classic, but still with a hint of modern. We’ve decided to add such trending detail as a bow,” shared the planner.
As Margarita walked down the aisle, her veil caught the sunlight, creating a moment that felt straight out of a movie. Guests, dressed in soft, muted tones that matched the couple’s chosen theme, looked seamlessly stylish, adding to the overall beauty of the day. From the carefully chosen decor to the serene atmosphere, everything came together to create a ceremony that felt intimate, classic, and full of heart.
The photographer Alex Gaidashev beautifully captured the most touching moments, preserving the magic and emotions of the day. With teary eyes and warm smiles, guests watched as Margarita and Toni sealed their love with a kiss, turning a breathtaking moment into a memory no one would forget.
Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, guests gathered around the villa’s pool for a relaxed yet chic cocktail hour. White umbrellas offered shade, while trays of Leclerc Briant champagne and Italian-inspired canapés made their way around. It was the perfect chance for everyone to unwind and enjoy the moment before the evening festivities kicked off. As a sweet touch, guests received bottles of olive oil in personalized packaging – a little piece of Tuscany to take home.
Decor & Flowers
The villa’s courtyard was beautifully transformed for dinner, crafted to reflect the bride’s favorite designer, Ermanno Scervino, and his philosophy of timeless elegance. Valentina Kera Event Design Boutique was deeply immersed in the brand’s aesthetic, exploring its approach to balance, proportions, and textures.
“Our project presentation included several design options, from contemporary creative concepts to a more classic vision. Like Scervino, we experimented with shapes and materials, playing with smooth contrasts and balancing modern and traditional elements,” shared the planner. Finally, the couple chose a more classic design with subtle modern touches — a perfect reflection of their style.
Two long tables, draped in creamy linens, stretched across the courtyard, exuding understated sophistication. Each table featured low arrangements of white roses, glass candlesticks, and delicate hints of blush florals. “We used asymmetry in flower decorations to add some modern style and slight accents of ruffles on the stationery and wedding cake,” explained the designer.
Overhead, grand crystal chandeliers hung from curved black arches, adding a touch of glamour to the rustic villa setting. The floral arch by Paola Maly from the ceremony remained, now glowing softly under the evening light, creating the perfect backdrop for heartfelt speeches, laughter, and toasts. Every element, from the personalized menus tied with silk ribbons to the gentle flicker of candlelight, came together to create an elegant, intentional, and truly unforgettable atmosphere.
Reception
The evening continued with dancing and music as twinkling chandeliers illuminated the space. The couple shared their first dance surrounded by family and friends. Their song choice, a track from the iconic movie Pulp Fiction starring John Travolta & Uma Thurman, added a personal touch to the moment. The couple had even prepared in advance, taking dance lessons to ensure the moment felt effortless and unforgettable.
Guests enjoyed handmade pasta, fresh local produce, and authentic French champagne, specially brought in for the celebration. The stunning cake by Sweetie Pie, a multi-tiered masterpiece adorned with delicate sugar petals, was a showstopper. Set against the floral arch under the night sky, the cake-cutting moment with sparkler fountains felt truly magical. “It was a work of art, no less,” shared the bride.
As the night went on, DJ Alessandro Vigneri kept the celebration alive with a perfect mix of classics and modern hits. The courtyard turned into a lively dance floor filled with laughter, joy, and endless memories.
