Alexandra and Richard are a dynamic, creative couple in the world of advertising. With Alexandra as an art director, advertising retoucher, and AI & AR artist and Richard as the creative director of an advertising agency, their professional partnership evolved into a personal one over the past decade.

The magic began on their 7th anniversary when Richard surprised Alexandra with a proposal at where their love story first unfolded—their old agency. The elevator, where they used to hide their budding romance, became the setting for this unexpected and romantic moment. As the elevator stopped, Richard knelt, presenting a ring that illuminated the space, creating a moment of weightlessness that the couple would cherish forever. The engagement was celebrated with their closest friends, beginning an exciting journey towards marriage.

Originally planning their wedding at a small castle in the Prague countryside, the couple faced an unforeseen challenge when the venue burned down just two months before the big day. Forced to reorganize everything, they embraced the unexpected turn of events, ultimately finding joy and happiness in the revised plan.

For her wedding day, Alexandra choose an actual princess gown. Imagine a voluminous silhouette where the luxurious fabric sparkles like a starlit sky. The bodice is a masterpiece, adorned with intricate embroidery that catches the light, turning Alexandra into a living fairy tale. It was magical and captivating bridal look that’s straight out of a storybook.

Alexandra chose an elegantly gathered high bun for her wedding hairstyle, exuding timeless sophistication. The makeup, on the other hand, was delicately applied, aiming for a soft and effortlessly natural look, accentuating the bride’s inherent beauty.

That morning, Alexandra was surrounded by her closest friends, who helped her slip into the wedding gown and shared in the joy of the impending celebration. They weren’t just witnesses; they were the supportive pillars, making the moments leading up to the big day even more special. “I remember on the wedding day in the morning during the preparations, Lucie hugged me and said, “Don’t stress, everything will turn out well!” And she gave me a beautiful four-leaf clover for luck, which I kept tucked behind my neckline for luck.

Richard, too, spent his wedding morning with friends, creating a space to share emotions and camaraderie as they anticipated the joyous occasion ahead. It was a time for laughter, bonding, and excitement for the approaching wedding festivities.

On the wedding day, the groom donned an elegant beige suit paired with winged Jeremy Scott sneakers.

The venue where the ceremony unfolded resembled a scene from a vibrant fairy tale. A circular arch adorned with flowers stood against a pond and a castle, immersed in lush greenery. It was a picturesque setting that brought the magic of fairy tales to life.

As the ceremony began, Alexandra walked down the aisle escorted by her father—a profoundly emotional moment that brought tears to Richard’s eyes. The ceremony unfolded in a lovely setting, with a celebrant they had chosen to officiate the proceedings serenading them with a song. It was an unforgettable experience. After the ceremony, the guests showered the newlyweds with white roses, creating a magical atmosphere of joy and celebration.

The reception area was also enchanting, set in a garden adorned with round tables covered in white tablecloths and floral arrangements. The experts at Ellovee Weddings professionally orchestrated every detail of the day. The planners seamlessly brought to life the dreams of Alexandra and Richard. Each moment of the wedding day was meticulously thought out and executed, leaving no detail overlooked. Like true masters of their craft, Ellovee Weddings orchestrated an entire wedding symphony—a beautiful and refined celebration.

Traditional wedding moments, such as pouring champagne into a pyramid of glasses and cutting the wedding cake, became the highlights of Alexandra and Richard’s celebration. These were the couple’s first shared moments as husband and wife, marking the beginning of their journey together.

The couple encountered a few unexpected hiccups despite the perfect weather and the dreamy setting. The chateau staff cleared the catering too early, losing their wedding favors and an evening without food. However, the cake survived, and a piece was kept for their first anniversary.

Alexandra forgoes the traditional bouquet toss and opts for a more unconventional approach. Ribbons were attached to the bridal bouquet and distributed among the bride’s friends. At a particular moment, Alexandra cut all the ribbons except one, determining the fortunate winner who got to take the coveted bouquet home. It was a unique and memorable twist on a classic wedding tradition.

The evening concluded with a glamorous party, where the bride changed into a cocktail dress, allowing her to dance the night away in style. The decor featuring disco balls and neon signs created a unique atmosphere of evening glamour, setting the stage for a night filled with sparkle and sophistication.

Advice from the couple:

•  Use shared online documents where you have everything in one place. Google Sheets – for spreadsheets, guests, and suppliers. Slides – for ideas. Then, it’s beneficial that such a document can be shared with many people and suppliers who will help you with your day. Be prepared that half of the things will still be different. Refrain from fretting over details.

Don’t skimp on video and photos. Those are the only things that will remain.

And most importantly, love each other.
