Alexi first noticed Eduardo in a nightclub, thinking, “he’s so handsome,” just before he tapped her shoulder and asked, “What are you going to be for Halloween?” That simple question sparked an endless conversation that led to them exchanging Instagram accounts and staying in touch.
During the pandemic, their bond deepened into a solid friendship, evolving into something even more meaningful. A year later, Eduardo proposed to Alexi during a nature walk with their closest friends, marking the beginning of their next chapter together.

The timeless beauty of roses felt perfect, especially since they reminded them of Mexico, where these flowers were a staple in Alexi’s mother’s garden. They also included a special tribute to Alexi’s mother, placing a La Virgen De Guadalupe and lighting a candle in her memory.
Given their intimate wedding, the couple made sure that every detail, from the cake to the cocktail glasses and the music, was thoughtfully chosen. They appreciated how having a smaller guest list allowed them to focus on the personal touches. For the food, they kept it casual yet flavorful, opting for a taco vendor offering aguas frescas, traditional salsas, and a self-serve drink station with cocktails crafted by Alexi’s dad.
For dessert, they kept it sweet and simple with a heart-shaped cake, perfectly sized to share with their loved ones. It was a warm and heartwarming day, filled with love and laughter, creating lasting memories for the newlyweds and their guests.
