Despite their move, Ibiza remained a significant part of their lives, as they frequently returned to visit family and relive the iconic places that played a pivotal role in their love story. Their connection to the island was so profound that it was inevitable for them to choose Ibiza (San Juan) as the location for their dream wedding. They opted for a beautiful agriturismo with an original finca dating back to the 1400s, surrounded by stunning gardens and olive groves. The entire wedding took place outdoors within these picturesque gardens.
The couple had the place exclusively for five days, enabling them to create a three-day event with 30 close friends and family staying at the venue. This allowed for a truly relaxed and extended celebration, with the venue’s perimeter enclosed to provide a safe space for children to roam freely. Music filled these five days, making it an unforgettable experience for all involved.
The morning of the bride turned out to be truly exceptional, filled with heartfelt and soulful moments. The bride’s bridesmaids and, of course, Charlene herself, prepared sweet surprises and gifts for each other. This moment proved to be exceptionally emotional and memorable.
The bridal wedding look was undeniably alluring, featuring a form-fitting dress from Fleetwood of London that exuded sensuality. Charlene wanted to feel radiantly attractive and ensured that her bridesmaids felt the same way as they walked down the aisle, often opting for white and trousers. The overall vibe was sexy, cool, and alternative. Hairstyles were intentionally messy and textured, adding to the allure, while the makeup was high-end, emphasizing natural beauty with a flawless finish.
The first look, a tradition that never fails to touch hearts, was especially poignant for Charlene. She had a first look with her father, and it was a truly remarkable moment. • Do precisely what you both want for your wedding. Many couples appease their family and remove their personality from the wedding. Do what you feel you will enjoy the most as a couple.
• Nothing matters like you think it might during the run-up. All of the stress in the run-up completely disappears when you get to the actual day or the holiday, and you will have the most incredible time! There’s no need to stress about the details, your dress, who’s sitting where because when you get there, all of that falls away, and what is remembered is the energy, the vibe, the fun, the dancing & the emotion. It truly is such an incredible day, and you’re so high on it all that nothing bothers you at all. You don’t know it beforehand, but you have the most fantastic time. You’ll miss the planning so much after it has gone, so try your best to enjoy that part fully.
• Invest in a great, fun photographer & book a videographer. You won’t regret it. Please do your research and find a great photographer/videographer that you like, check their Instagram, etc, and make sure you want their style. This is a game changer as this is all you have after the memories fade. Book the best you possibly can.
