Madison and Chase’s wedding at the Parker Palm Springs was an unforgettable experience. Inspired by the glamour of 50s and 60s Old Hollywood and the sleek style of the movie “Mad Men”, their day blended elegance, nostalgia, and individuality in a way that felt effortless and unique. Every detail, from the vintage accents to the personalized touches, reflected their love story and style, making it a truly one-of-a-kind celebration.
Location: California, United States
Style: Glamorous, Old Hollywood-inspired
Time of planning: 10 months
Number of guests: 102
Setting: Hotel
Season: Fall
Madison and Chase met on Hinge in early 2021. Madison, skeptical about online dating, was quickly charmed by Chase’s heartfelt and witty messages. Their first meeting happened by chance on boats in Newport Beach Harbor, followed by an unforgettable date in Long Beach. Chase’s thoughtful gestures, like remembering Madison’s love for three slices of lime in her tequila soda, melted her heart. By their third date, they knew they had found something special. Two years later, Chase proposed in a cinematic and heartfelt way, revisiting meaningful spots from their first date before a candlelit proposal at home.
“He popped the question with my Grandmother’s ring and it was the most extraordinary night!” shared the bride.
Location & Planning
Madison’s grandparents, who embodied timeless elegance, and Chase’s love for Old Hollywood, inspired the wedding’s intimate and moody design. Working closely with their planner, Nicole Alexandra, the couple brought this vision to life with extraordinary attention to detail. The Parker Palm Springs, with its mid-century modern charm, was the perfect setting for their dream day. “Their lobby looks almost identical to the house my mom grew up in and it is so nostalgic,” shared the bride. They envisioned a sophisticated supper club atmosphere with rich olive green drapery, gold accents, and decor that felt warm and inviting, like a classic family gathering.
"When we first met with our wedding planner we explained that we wanted it to be the least wedding-ish wedding in the history of weddings."

Welcome Event
The welcome event perfectly captured the essence of Madison and Chase’s vision. Held under lush trees, the setup included chic bistro-style seating and ambient hanging lanterns that created an intimate, relaxed vibe. Guests mingled while enjoying signature cocktails, beautifully garnished with fresh ingredients at a sleek bar.
Pops of vibrant orange florals in modern arrangements added a cheerful touch to the decor. Madison shone in a dazzling sequined dress, while Chase complemented her in a tailored light blazer. The evening’s ambiance was casual yet elegant, setting the perfect tone for the celebrations to come.
Fashion
Madison’s style embodied timeless charm. For the ceremony, she wore the elegant Celine gown by Viero Bridal, featuring just the right amount of sparkle. Her second look, a Swarovski crystal-covered dress from Jaxon James Couture Bridal, paid homage to her grandmother’s vintage Vegas flair. “Being in my 30’s, my style has changed so much over the years but I really wanted to honor this season in my life.” shared the bride. She completed her look with Stuart Weitzman pumps, Christian Louboutin stilettos, and her grandmother’s vintage diamond jewelry.
Her bombshell Old Hollywood curls and makeup were beautifully crafted by the talented team at Page Beauty, completing her show-stopping ensemble. The bridal bouquet of white roses and baby’s breath tied it all together. Chase looked equally polished in a custom tuxedo by B. Spoke, paired with a Gucci bow tie, Christian Louboutin loafers, and cufflinks from Madison’s grandfather.
First Look
The first look was a quiet, emotional moment. Madison walked down a staircase with bold, retro artwork, her glittering gown catching the light. She and Chase strolled through the gardens, hand in hand, stealing a few private moments before the festivities began. Captured beautifully by Hannah Greenwood Photo, their joy and love radiated through every frame.
Ceremony
The ceremony took place on the Croquet Lawn under the desert sun. Minimalist yet impactful decor featured a half-circle floral arrangement of white blooms and tall glass votives lining the aisle, giving the illusion of floating candles. Large white umbrellas added charm and comfort for guests.
Madison walked down the aisle to “Feels Like Home” by Chantal Kreviazuk, accompanied by her parents, creating a heartfelt and emotional moment. “The three of us walked down the aisle together and there was not a dry eye,” recalled the bride. The couple’s decision to skip having a wedding party kept the focus on their commitment to one another. The ceremony was as touching and intimate as the couple had dreamed.
Cocktail Hour
The cocktail hour on the Palm Court lawn was a guest favorite. String lights illuminated the towering palm trees, while an interactive cocktail board by Bleu Dahlia doubled as a seating chart. Guests rang bells to receive signature drinks — Dirty Martinis for Madison and Penicillins for Chase — through fun cutouts in the board. “Our guests had so much fun with this and could not stop talking about it,” shared the couple. A live saxophonist added to the ambiance, playing a mix of modern and classic tunes.
Madison and Chase also took a moment for themselves, stepping away to pose with a beautiful vintage car by Coachella Valley Classic Cars. For Madison, this wasn’t just a stylish choice, but a deeply personal one. “Incorporating all of the little bits and pieces from my grandparents was really special since they were not able to be there,” she shared. Her grandmother’s old Clenet license plate, “Mavalys”, was added to the car, turning it into a meaningful tribute.
"I put it aside for years but always had this idea to take wedding photos in a vintage car with her license plate on the back. The photos turned out epic, and it was such a special moment."

Decor & Setting
The decor was breathtaking, thanks to Nicole Alexandra’s impeccable coordination and design concept. Long tables with white linens, gold table lamps, and delicate flowers in small vases created an elegant supper club vibe. Olive green velvet drapery hung 20+ ft high from the outside of the building framed the room, leading into a speakeasy-inspired lounge with plush chairs and soft lighting. “We wanted the space to feel lived in — not just designed for one night,” shared the bride.
To bring this vision to life, Nicole brought in Keith Laverty, whose floral artistry perfectly complemented the design. His arrangements of white roses and lilies added a timeless elegance to the setting, earning rave reviews from the couple. The thoughtful decor brought Madison and Chase’s Pinterest board to life. During a private walkthrough, the couple was amazed by how their dream had been transformed into such a stunning reality.
"The reception space was our baby. We had such a clear vision for this space and we could not have had a better team to help execute it. Our wedding planner is beyond talented. She is exceptional at listening to her clients, offering her guidance and expertise, and bringing your vision to life."

Reception
The evening was filled with heartfelt toasts, delicious food, and energetic entertainment. Madison and Chase made a second grand entrance to cold sparklers and “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” by ABBA, kicking off a lively dance floor. A custom-built bar designed like a sleek hotel lobby became a social hub, while the saxophonist added a touch of glamour with soulful tunes.
The cake cutting was a sweet highlight, with the couple slicing into a multi-tiered cake adorned with intricate white details and delicate sugar flowers. Guests later gathered in the speakeasy lounge for late-night drinks and conversation.
Later, Madison and Chase started dancing in the middle of the reception, catching everyone by surprise and getting their guests on their feet. “We had so much fun and could finally just cut loose,” couple shared. Soon after, the DJ Dan Goode invited everyone to the dance floor inside, bringing the energy to a new level. “It was a moment I’ll never forget,” the bride added, as the night turned into a celebration of pure joy.
Advice from the couple:
• If you can, hire a full-service wedding planner. It makes all the difference and eliminates a mountain of stress.
• While it’s true that a day does fly by, try your best to enjoy the moment and be present. You’ll regret trying to do too much, but you’ll never regret living in the moment.
