Bradley and Morgan’s wedding at Baja Luna was a celebration centered on energy, connection, and creating unforgettable moments for their guests. Set on a mango farm, the setting brought a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere that carried through the day, balancing thoughtful details with a sense of ease. From meaningful traditions to playful touches, the celebration felt personal, immersive, and entirely reflective of who they are together, thoughtfully brought to life by Look At Me Brides.

Location: San Jose del Cabo, Mexico
Style: Minimalist & Sophisticated
Time of planning: 13 months
Number of guests: 92
Setting: Baja Luna
Season: Winter

Morgan and Bradley, both from Chicago, met through their daily routines at the same neighborhood dog park. “Our dogs fell in love first,” they share, and what started as familiar morning encounters slowly turned into something more. After months of crossing paths, Bradley finally asked Morgan out, and from that moment on, their story unfolded with ease.

When it came time to propose, Bradley made sure to keep her guessing. “All the signs were telling me it would happen on June 22nd,” Morgan recalls, especially when he surprised her with a helicopter ride over the city. “I thought, this is it.” But the moment passed quietly, until they returned home to find their apartment filled with rose petals and their dog waiting with a bandana that read, “Will you marry me?” It was intimate, thoughtful, and completely unexpected. “Of course, I said yes,” she says, “it was the most perfect day,” followed by a celebration surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Planning Details

From the very beginning, the vision for the wedding was centered on “simplicity, warmth, and timeless elegance.” Morgan and Bradley wanted the day to feel close to nature and shared with their closest people in a way that felt intimate and genuine. When it came to choosing a destination, Los Cabos felt like the natural choice. “Brad grew up going to Cabo every year with his family,” making it a place that already held meaning and memories.

As they began planning, they partnered with Look At Me Brides to bring everything to life. “We wanted our wedding to feel natural and simple, nothing too over the top but still beautiful and different,” they shared. They met their planner, Gloria, a year before the wedding during a trip with both of their families, and it was then that they discovered Baja Luna. “We thought the space was incredible even in its raw and natural state,” they said, adding that the food and hospitality made the decision even clearer. “We left knowing we had made the right decision.”

Bride's Fashion

Morgan’s look felt modern, feminine, and effortlessly confident. She chose a fit-and-flare gown by Sarah Seven that highlighted her silhouette in a clean, understated way, paired with sculptural heels by Cult Gaia for a subtle, fashion-forward touch.

She wore Santal 33 by Le Labo, adding a soft, signature layer to the overall feel, while hair and makeup by Los Cabos Makeup remained fresh and natural, letting her features and the simplicity of the look stand out.

Groom's Fashion

Bradley’s look was classic and deeply personal, centered on a custom-made suit he wore with Allen Edmonds shoes and a handmade Etsy brooch in place of a traditional boutonniere, adding a subtle, individual touch. Thoughtful details made it even more meaningful, with their wedding date embroidered along the collar of his jacket and his late dog’s tag attached inside, a quiet way to keep him close throughout the day.

Ceremony

The ceremony took place at Baja Luna, set within its architectural chapel, creating a serene and emotional atmosphere from the very beginning. Morgan and Bradley envisioned something intimate and meaningful, allowing the space, the light, and the moment itself to take the lead.

The design remained simple and modern, with subtle greenery and soft candlelight bringing warmth without overwhelming the setting. Every detail felt intentional and minimal, keeping the focus on their vows and their connection, beautifully captured by Ximena Zermeno. A meaningful moment came with the traditional Jewish glass stomp, marking the close of the ceremony.

Afterward, they described feeling overwhelmed in the best possible way, present, emotional, and deeply connected. Guests shared how peaceful and beautiful the ceremony felt, and how its simplicity made the moment even more powerful and personal.

Inspiration & Decor

The inspiration came from “earthy European aesthetics” and soft Mediterranean tones, with a focus on natural textures rather than a specific reference or era. Neutral shades, olive and sage greens, and organic elements were chosen to complement the surroundings rather than compete with them. Florals were kept minimal and seasonal, centered on greenery and soft white blooms, creating a look that felt fresh, light, and understated.

The reception took place outdoors, transforming into a warm, inviting evening atmosphere. Long tables dressed in soft linens with wooden chairs set the tone for something relaxed yet elevated, while candles, greenery, and delicate table lamps added a soft glow as the sun set. Instead of elaborate arrangements, the design focused on texture and light, creating an intimate setting that felt more like a shared dinner party under the stars than a traditional reception.

Reception

Before dinner, the couple incorporated a meaningful Hamotzi blessing, honoring Jewish tradition in a way that felt both personal and intimate. Bradley’s parents led the blessing and broke the bread, creating a moment that brought everyone together before the celebration continued.

The cocktail hour introduced a more playful energy, with oyster shooters and chambong pairings becoming an instant favorite among guests. Signature drinks added another thoughtful layer, made with fresh mangos sourced directly from the Baja Luna farm, a detail that felt both local and unexpectedly fun.

The moment that stands out most is the dance floor, something that felt especially important to Brad and Morgan from the very beginning. “Music is so important to us,” they shared, and their one wish was simple, “a packed dance floor with music we love.”

Their DJ, Emmanuel Ibarra, delivered exactly that and more, with lights, fog, and tequila being passed around, creating an atmosphere that felt completely electric. “It was epic,” they said, and with no one leaving the dance floor all night, it became a moment their friends “still talk about to this day,” one they know they will “never forget.”

"From our perspective, this wedding felt incredibly intentional and calm from start to finish. Morgan and Bradley were deeply involved in the process, always trusting the vision while staying true to themselves."

Advice from the couple:

• Getting married in Cabo was a dream. You always hear couples talk about the stress that comes with planning a wedding, but we never felt that. Having an amazing planning team and a venue that is stunning on its own, really took a lot of pressure off and let us focus on what really mattered.

• We took a few private moments together throughout the day to just soak it in, and I cannot recommend this enough. The day goes by in a blink, and just taking those moments to slow down and appreciate everything is something I’ll always cherish.
