After checking the clock, these two realized they had been chatting for more than two hours. From that moment, they knew there was something special between them.

They wanted everything they had captured in their relationship to shine through their wedding ceremony. It was important for them to make it formal and elegant yet relaxed at the same time. The couple made sure to embody every aspect of their personalities throughout the day, including their family and friends, who joined in the formalities and lighthearted moments of the celebration.

The bride’s wedding morning was a special and magical time, with her closest friends and family supporting her every step of the way. Georgia opted for a simple and elegant makeup style by Jacinta McDonald, choosing a glossy finish, a delicate blush pink lipstick, and a touch of subtle blush. Keeping in mind Ben’s wishes, she refrained from wearing heavy makeup. Her hair was styled into a timeless and classic bun, which only added to her natural grace and beauty.

The bride’s dress was truly a sight to behold, a stunning and unique custom piece from Pallas Couture. It was carefully adorned with hundreds of intricate three-dimensional flowers, each lovingly and meticulously hand-sewn onto the gown. This beautiful detail perfectly matched the whimsical and enchanting atmosphere of the garden-party vision for the wedding, creating an air of grace and femininity that perfectly suited the bride.

The bridesmaids’ support was invaluable as they helped Georgia prepare for the ceremony, providing her with much-needed encouragement, laughter, and friendship throughout the day. They radiated elegance and beauty in their matching Shona Joy dresses in a soft sage green hue. The color matched the endless greenery setting of the gardens at Lamont’s Bishops House, harmoniously blending with the surroundings and adding a touch of understated elegance to the overall ambiance.

As Ben was getting ready to see Georgia, he was surrounded by his amazing friends helping him with every detail. The atmosphere is perfect, with of excitement and humor, making the moment even more special.

While everyone was waiting for the bride’s arrival, the atmosphere was filled with love and enchantment.

As Georgia walked down the aisle, all eyes were on her. When Ben turned to see his bride for the first time, he couldn’t believe how stunning she looked in her wedding dress. It was a moment they would both cherish forever.

As they exchanged rings, their eyes locked in a gaze that spoke volumes of their love for each other. It was a moment of pure joy and bliss.

The love between Ben and Georgia was tangible, radiating out to everyone present, filling their hearts with happiness.

Her skillful eye and attention to detail allowed her to capture the essence of the couple’s love and the beauty of their special day. From the intimate moments shared between the bride and groom to the joyous celebration with family and friends, she could document it all with grace and elegance. Her stunning photographs perfectly encapsulate the emotions and memories of the day, making them a cherished keepsake for the happy couple and their loved ones.

Georgia shares:“We stuck to simple, elegant tones using predominantly black, white, and greenery to ensure a timeless aesthetic. We used the fabric and context of our venue to blend our style, budget, and event to our preferences, tying the wedding and venue together as much as possible to celebrate the picturesque location and our beautiful stylists, designers, and guests.”

Ben and Georgia’s whimsical outdoor garden party was the focal point of the wedding – dining in an intimate rose garden set of the backdrop of high-rise buildings and city lights, a perfect balance with the contrast of urban and natural.

The inspiration for their wedding was purely based on them, their guests, and the perfect chosen location. Ben and Georgia aimed to create a timeless and personal experience that authentically reflected their unique bond and embraced intimacy.

An integral part of their celebration was focusing on being interactive with their guests, playing games, and mentioning as many of them as possible as they have loved, shaped, helped, and supported Ben and Georgia through the years.

They organized a lively bingo game, where each number called out had a special connection to one of the guests. For instance, number 35 symbolized the remarkable 35 years of marriage between Ben’s parents. And number 3 comically represented the remaining strands of hair on a balding uncle’s head. The bingo game was an interactive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The unique aspect of the wedding day was the guest interaction and speeches. Ben and Georgia ensured that everyone felt included and valued.

Ben and Georgia took the stage and delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing their gratitude to every guest.

The celebration continued into the night, filled with joyous moments of laughter, dancing, and the intoxicating beats of music that filled the air. The ambiance was electrified as guests swayed to the rhythm, their hearts entwined in the magical melodies.

Advice from the couple:

• Always be you, get as much of you both and your loved ones into the event as possible. It will make it all the more special and memorable. And take a few moments as the bridegroom throughout the day to be present and appreciate yourselves, your day and your guests.
