“Our wedding story was anything but normal!” shares the bride, Jackie. Originally dreaming of a big family gathering for their September 2020 wedding in Carmel, they had to adjust their plans quickly to adhere to COVID restrictions. Despite facing challenges with changing venues and wildfires, they managed to find a private estate in Northern California for an intimate family celebration.
With the incredible support of their planner, Detailed Touch Events, and their flexible vendors, they pulled off a stunning wedding in just under two weeks. As if by magic, the wildfire smoke cleared for the entire weekend, making way for a celebration that exceeded all expectations. “It wasn’t the wedding we planned for,” Jackie and Andrej added, “but we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.”
Jackie had a beautiful wedding morning surrounded by her family, bridesmaids, and their beloved dog. She chose a stunningly simple yet elegant wedding gown and added a touch of classic romance with a long veil.
Andrej opted for a timeless suit for the wedding day and was eager to meet his soon-to-be wife.
The couple wanted to see each other before the ceremony so they could cherish more precious moments together. They were in awe of how stunning they both looked in their wedding attire and couldn’t take their eyes off one another.
The ceremony was truly mesmerizing. A string trio played a beautiful melody as Jackie walked down the aisle accompanied by her father. The couple’s emotional exchange of vows left everyone in awe.

The wedding was classic and elegant, with a reception held outdoors. The wooden tables adorned with flowers and candles created a truly enchanting garden party atmosphere.
Despite the challenges the newlyweds faced while getting ready for the wedding, the day was filled with abundant love and joy. The guests showered them with warm wishes, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this magical day.
