Molly and Frank’s love story began during the Covid-19 pandemic when they connected through a dating app. Their shared love for nature led them on a series of hiking dates, setting the stage for a blossoming relationship. Frank proposed during one of their outdoor walks, surrounded by the beauty of nature, a fitting tribute to their adventurous spirit. When it came to planning their wedding, Molly and Frank didn’t want a “cookie-cutter” event.

Location & Planning

The couple chose Saltwater Farm Vineyard for its stunning natural setting and expansive vineyards, a perfect reflection of their love for the outdoors. The summer season provided a warm and vibrant backdrop for their celebration, with 130 guests witnessing their love story unfold in this whimsical, dreamy, and elegant space. Pearl Weddings and Events, known for creating personalized and unforgettable experiences, incorporated the couple’s love for flowers and nature into every element of the wedding. From the vibrant floral decor to the thoughtfully selected color palette, the day was a true reflection of Molly and Frank’s personalities.

Bridal Morning

Molly’s love for florals was evident in her bridal look. She wore a stunning strapless floral gown designed by Mira Zwillinger from A Little Something White. The gown, with its intricate floral appliques, mirrored the floral details on the wedding cake. Her veil, also adorned with floral accents, added a whimsical touch to her overall look.

Molly completed her ensemble with baby blue heels from Badgley Mischka, featuring jewel-encrusted bows—a nod to her love for the color blue and her “something blue.” Her bridesmaids complemented her look with dresses in soft blue hues, each unique in design and pattern, reflecting the floral theme of the day.

Frank and his groomsmen were dressed to match the wedding’s color palette with custom-designed ties by Knotty Ties. Frank’s classic navy suit paired perfectly with the soft blues and vibrant florals that surrounded him. His boutonniere, like the other floral elements, was thoughtfully curated by Hana Floral Designs, adding a touch of nature to his elegant attire.

First Look

The couple shared an intimate first look among the vineyard’s lush green fields, a moment filled with emotion and anticipation. Captured by Trenholm Photo, this quiet moment before the ceremony gave them a chance to reflect on the day ahead. Their joy and love were palpable as they took in the beauty of the surroundings and prepared to exchange their vows.

“Thinking about our wedding honestly makes me speechless. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible it was. It was like an enchanted floral fairytale that came to life.”

Ceremony

Molly and Frank exchanged vows under a stunning floral arch created by Hana Floral Designs. The aisle was lined with vibrant flowers in shades of blush, pink, coral, blue, and green, perfectly complementing the vineyard’s natural beauty.

The ceremony felt like an enchanted garden, with lush florals and greenery enveloping the couple and their guests. A drone hovered overhead, capturing a breathtaking aerial view of the entire scene.

Decor & Setting

The reception took place inside farm’s former WWII hangar, transformed into a whimsical floral wonderland by Pearl Weddings and Events. Vibrant hues of pink, coral, blue, and green continued to decorate the space, with floral centerpieces featuring peonies, hydrangeas, and tulips.

Suspended above the tables were macrame lanterns and globe lights, adding a modern touch to the vineyard’s rustic interior. The linens from Nuage Designs, featuring white and blue floral patterns, brought a sense of elegance and cohesiveness to the overall aesthetic. Each guest’s seat was marked by a wood-burned name tag and a menu designed by Phillips Designs, adding a personalized touch to the decor.

Guests were treated to a unique dessert experience with gelato from Pompelmo Gelateria. As the night came to a close, guests were sent home with thoughtful favors—chocolate-covered pretzels and popcorn for the ride home, crafted by Sweet Creations.

Reception

The celebration didn’t end after dinner. Molly and Frank’s guests danced late into the evening, illuminated by soft candlelight and twinkling overhead lanterns. The final moments of the night were filled with laughter, joy, and the feeling of a day well spent, celebrating a love that is as vibrant and beautiful as the florals that surrounded them.

Molly and Frank’s cake, crafted by By the Way Bakery, was a stunning gluten-free creation adorned with intricate floral appliques that matched Molly’s gown. The cake featured soft ivory tones and was decorated with vibrant blooms in shades of blush, pink, and coral. The cake cutting moment was a joyous occasion, as the couple shared smiles and laughter while slicing into the beautiful confection in front of their guests.

“We will forever cherish the feeling of being able to write our heartfelt vows and share them in front of family and friends.”
