Eleonora and Lorenzo, a couple from Novara in Northern Italy, have been in love since they were 15, first meeting in high school. Their relationship faced a challenge when Lorenzo, a goalkeeper for a Serie A football team, had to move away for work, causing them to lose touch for a while. However, fate had other plans, and when Lorenzo returned to his hometown years later, their love was rekindled. In 2022, during a romantic getaway to the Bahamas, Lorenzo surprised Eleonora with a breathtaking beachfront proposal, leaving her completely stunned and overjoyed.
The Vision & Videography
Initially, Eleonora and Lorenzo dreamed of a seaside wedding in Liguria, but everything changed when they found out Eleonora was pregnant. Embracing this new chapter, they chose the stunning Villa Erba on Lake Como as the backdrop for their big day. The picturesque celebration was beautifully captured by videographer Carlo Zanetti, who skillfully highlighted the smallest details, heartfelt speeches from the couple and their loved ones, and the lively energy of the celebration.

Eleonora began her wedding morning surrounded by her bridesmaids and her daughter, creating a joyful and relaxed atmosphere to set the tone for the day. She looked radiant in a romantic Pronovias Milano gown featuring a sleek mermaid skirt and a delicate heart-shaped lace bodice that added more elegance. Her hair was styled into soft waves, a timeless look that perfectly complemented her glowing makeup, highlighting her natural beauty with soft tones and luminous finishes.
Lorenzo wore a custom-made blue suit by Alessandro Martorana, tailored to perfection. The rich hue and impeccable fit highlighted his style, making him look stylish for the big day.
Ceremony
Located in the charming town of Cernobbio, Villa Erba is a masterpiece of elegance and rich history. Its grand architecture, lush gardens, and sweeping views of Lake Como offer an unforgettable setting for any celebration. The couple transformed the villa’s lakefront into an enchanting ceremony space. A stunning floral arch and floral design by the team at Figli Dei Fiori adorned with pastel blooms framed the lake, while a pristine white carpet elegantly lined the steps leading up to it.
The breathtaking view set the perfect tone for their vows, made even more touching by the arrival of their baby girl, who, along with her little cousin, carried the rings in a moment straight out of a fairytale.
Cocktail Hour
After the heartfelt ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a delicious buffet, savoring the flavors of the day. Right before the reception, the newlyweds stole a few precious moments for a romantic photoshoot, capturing unforgettable memories both within the villa’s opulent interiors and against its breathtaking outdoor setting.
Reception Decor
The reception space was beyond enchanting. Set in the magnificent Mannerist-style hall, with its frescoed ceilings and intricate tapestries, the setting was filled with timeless elegance. A long imperial table, centered around the newlyweds, was complemented by round tables in the adjacent room.
The pastel color palette and the soft glow of candlelight added warmth and intimacy, creating a dreamy, romantic atmosphere for the evening’s celebrations.

The celebration was warm and touching for the newlyweds, as they were surrounded by heartfelt wishes from their loved ones and shared the joy of the day with their little daughter.
