Kendall and Will’s love began at the University of Mississippi seven years ago. A fraternity event became the starting point for their story, and over the years, they built a life together filled with shared adventures and milestones. After college, they moved to Austin, where their relationship continued to flourish. Will proposed during a trip to Dublin, Ireland, in the serene beauty of St. Stephen’s Green. They kept their engagement private for a day, cherishing the magic of the moment before sharing it with loved ones.
Planning their wedding, the couple envisioned a day that was bright, intentional, and filled with personal touches. They wanted their relationship to be the foundation of the celebration, crafting an experience that felt warm and authentic. “Our main goal was to celebrate our love & relationship with the people we loved most. We did just that!” shared the bride.
Rehearsal Dinner
The wedding festivities began with a cozy rehearsal dinner that brought loved ones together in a relaxed and joyful setting. This gathering allowed everyone to connect and celebrate Kendall and Will ahead of the big day, setting the perfect tone for the wedding. Reflecting on the night, Kendall shared, ‘Will and I spent the night together before the wedding day and ate breakfast together, reading our vows to each other that morning. It calmed our nerves so much, and it was special to share that moment just between us before repeating our vows with all of our guests at the ceremony.’
Bridal Morning & Fashion
Kendall chose a stunning NEWHITE “Fate” dress, a chic overskirt, Gianvito Rossi shoes, and her mother’s sentimental earrings and veil. Her bouquet, crafted by Unforgettable Floral, featured bright spring colors that echoed the couple’s garden theme. Completing her bridal look, Kendall’s elegant, natural makeup and sleek updo were beautifully styled by Crown of Glory Beauty, adding a timeless and radiant touch.
Will looked confident in a classic black suit, opting for a formal yet comfortable look. A Baume & Mercier watch, gifted by his grandparents, added a personal touch to his wedding attire. Both bride and groom carried a sense of calm and contentment throughout the morning, embracing the excitement of what was to come.
First Look
Although they had spent the morning together, Kendall and Will’s first look was a moment of pure joy and emotion. Seeing each other fully dressed for the day brought a new layer of anticipation and excitement. This private moment captured by Kayla Snell and Bonnie Burke allowed them to reflect on the significance of their commitment before stepping into the day’s festivities.
"Will and I have been together for 7 years and had been planning for 1.5 years. When the day finally arrived, it felt surreal, and I was so excited to become his wife. I am such a sentimental person, so having the people we love most take time out of their lives to celebrate with us meant the absolute world!"

Ceremony
The ceremony took place outdoors in the lush gardens of Barr Mansion, with the historic venue serving as a stunning backdrop. “Since we knew we wanted bright colors, we worked with our florist, Kasen at Unforgettable Floral, to create a mood board for what we envisioned for the day. She sent us a ‘color palette’ for the flowers, which we absolutely loved,” shared Kendall. The vibrant arrangements perfectly complemented the garden setting, creating a joyful and coziest vibe.
Guests sat with their backs to the mansion while Kendall and Will stood together under the open sky facing the venue. Music played a central role in the ceremony, with ukulele player Sammie Zonana performing a heartfelt rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” as Kendall walked down the aisle with both of her parents. This touching moment, honoring her family’s traditions, brought a wave of emotion to the gathering.
Adding to the colorful theme, Kendall’s bridesmaids chose dresses inspired by the floral palette, allowing their personal styles to shine. “We also had our wedding party sit during the ceremony, and we loved being able to look out and see them there,” Kendall reflected. This thoughtful arrangement created a more intimate and inclusive atmosphere.
The ceremony was officiated by Kendall’s brother Austin, whose heartfelt words offered insight into the couple’s love story and their hopes for the future. Kendall and Will’s handwritten vows left no dry eyes, connecting deeply with everyone present. “The ceremony was our favorite part of the wedding day!” the couple recalled, a sentiment that perfectly encapsulated the emotional depth and joy of the moment.
Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, Kendall and Will celebrated with their immediate family and wedding party, sharing a champagne toast and savoring the joy of the moment as they signed their marriage license. This intimate gathering allowed them to pause and reflect before joining the larger celebration.
Guests mingled during cocktail hour, enjoying signature drinks that reflected the charm of Austin. Kendall’s Lavender Infusion and Will’s Mexican Martini quickly became crowd favorites, while Topo Chico bottles with Ranch Water recipes served as escort cards and memorable keepsakes. Personalized napkins featuring quotes from the couple’s love letters were another thoughtful detail that guests couldn’t stop talking about.
"Our planner, Amy Rodriguez, with Plan On it Events really made our entire planning process so smooth. She was always there when we needed her and was such a rock for us on our wedding day."

Decor & Setting
The reception was held in the ballroom, a space with floor-to-ceiling windows and delicate greenery. Long tables featured colorful bud vases and candles, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. As night fell, the candlelight added a romantic glow, enhancing the stunning garden-inspired decor by Unforgettable Floral and Green Girl Design Co.
"We were aware that weddings can create a lot of waste and were mindful of it during the planning process. Our wedding venue is a zero-waste and the first certified organic special events facility nationwide. We also worked with Liz at Green Girl Design Co., which uses 100% recycled or cotton paper for all printed stationery. Lastly, we used our ceremony flowers and bridesmaids' bouquets in different ways during the reception to give them a second life."

Reception
Kendall and Will entered the reception privately, taking a quiet moment to open the space before welcoming their guests. “We don’t always love being the center of attention, so this felt more ‘us,’ and we absolutely loved it,” shared Will. This thoughtful choice set the tone for an intimate yet celebratory evening.
Dinner featured a menu of organic dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients, including brisket as a nod to Texas barbecue traditions. The meal was a highlight of the evening and a great example of how the venue focuses on quality and sustainability. Guests shared lively conversations over dinner, filled with heartfelt toasts that brought laughter and tears.
Following the meal, Kendall and Will shared their first dance to “26” by CAAMP, a tender moment that captured their love and connection. The dance floor soon filled with friends and family, creating a space of joy and togetherness. The energy of the celebration carried through the night, with guests creating memories that will last for years.
The evening’s dessert was a sweet conclusion, featuring two cake flavors: Lavender with Blueberry Compote and Chocolate Blackout with Orange-Chocolate Buttercream. “We love cake and decided one flavor wasn’t enough, so we had two!” Kendall shared with a laugh. Guests appreciated the thoughtful option to take slices home, extending the celebration beyond the night.
The evening ended on a heartfelt note with a private last dance to “The Wine We Drink” by Drew Holcomb. This quiet, reflective moment allowed Kendall and Will to soak in the love and joy of the day. Hand in hand, they stepped into their future together, carrying the warmth of the celebration with them.
Advice from the couple:
• The biggest advice we have is to make every decision with your relationship at the forefront. What we found is that guests come to celebrate you, so the more they feel they are getting an insight into your relationship, the more included they feel in the day.
• The second piece of advice is to prioritize your photographer and videographer. When your wedding day comes around, things can be a blur, and before you know it, it’s the end of the night. Having such an incredible photographer and videographer capture the day allows us to go back and relive all of those memories. Plus, you spend all day with them, so having such a warm presence from them was a bonus!
