Location & Planning
Tiffany and Karl chose three stunning venues to host their three-day celebration, each perfectly complementing their wedding concept. The pre-wedding dinner took place at the breathtaking Ruines Empuries, followed by the main celebration at the historic Cortal Gran, adorned with vibrant flowers, and concluded with a lively post-wedding brunch by the beach. The celebration’s inspiration came from nature, architecture, and minimalism. Under the guidance of talented planners and designers, every moment of the three-day event was flawlessly executed, creating unforgettable memories and bringing Tiffany and Karl’s dream wedding to life.
"Floral arrangements were my top priority, with three distinct floral designs matching the venue and theme of each event."

Rehearsal Dinner
The festivities began with a stylish rehearsal dinner at the Ruins of Empúries. Tiffany looked stunning in a flowing white dress, while Karl complemented her in a light suit, perfectly matching the event’s elegant vibe. The historic venue was brought to life with sculptural flower arrangements in soft shades of lilac, blush, and ivory displayed on sleek mirrored columns.
Cozy corners were styled with plush sofas and high tables, inviting guests to relax and mingle. Handcrafted cocktails and canapés were served as the golden hour cast its warm glow while a string quartet played softly in the background, adding a touch of magic to the evening.
Bridal Morning
For the ceremony, Tiffany looked breathtaking in a romantic Dana Harel gown paired with a flowing veil that added a dreamy, ethereal touch. Her René Caovilla heels brought a sense of elegance to the ensemble, while her bouquet, designed by Studio Floral, was a symphony of pastel hues―soft peach, blush pink, lavender, and pale yellow―beautifully tied together to echo the celebration’s romantic aesthetic.
For the reception, Tiffany opted for a playful short dress by Jinwan Bride, adding a fun twist to her bridal look. It was the ideal choice for dancing the night away. Her hair and makeup, styled by Imanol Fuentes, enhanced her natural beauty with a timeless and radiant finish.
Ceremony
The ceremony unfolded in the enchanting gardens of Cortal Gran, a setting straight out of a fairytale. Towering trees and lush greenery surrounded the couple as they stood beneath a breathtaking floral chuppah adorned with vibrant blooms in pastel shades. The harmonious blend of nature and artistry made the space feel intimate and cozy. A string quartet brought the setting to life, their flowing gowns and floral crowns perfectly matching the dreamy vibe of the ceremony. Their music filled the air, adding a touch of magic to an already unforgettable moment.
The ceremony celebrated Jewish traditions, with a beautifully crafted Ketubah symbolizing Tiffany and Karl’s commitment. After exchanging vows, the couple retreated to the glasshouse for a Yichud moment, sipping champagne and savoring the first quiet moments of their marriage amidst the romantic surroundings. The photographer La Dichosa caught all the candid highlights and little details, making sure the day’s charm was beautifully preserved to relive those memories forever.
Decor & Setting
The reception was a visual masterpiece, with lush floral arrangements transforming the space into a dreamlike garden. Roses, dahlias, and daisies, carefully crafted by Studio Floral, cascaded across the tables, their vibrant hues and soft pastels creating a harmonious and enchanting atmosphere. The greenery of the linens paired beautifully with the rattan chairs, adding a touch of natural elegance to the setting.
Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the custom menus adorned with delicate floral motifs to the soft ambient lighting that brought warmth to the evening. “Flowers, flowers, and flowers everywhere―we had more than 8,000 flowers in total,” the planner shared, capturing the essence of the magical celebration.
"Sonia and her team at Barcelona Wedding are, simply put, world-class event planners. Sonia went out of her way countless times to ensure that even through these unexpected challenges, the wedding was perfect, and the bulk of all details/decisions/deadlines fell to her rather than to me. She was always available on WhatsApp for my one-off thoughts or questions, always patient, always had the answer."

Reception
Dinner was a gourmet experience, with a menu curated by Le Chef and Moli del Escala, offering a blend of local and international flavors. Adding to the magic, a beautifully styled dessert table stole the show, featuring an elegant multi-tiered cake by Soraya Sweet Mama with fresh blooms mirrored the floral decor. Surrounding the cake was an array of sweet delights, including mini bundt cakes, colorful macarons, and delicate pastries, all thoughtfully presented with intricate floral accents.
Tiffany and Karl’s first dance captivated their guests, but the night’s highlight was Tiffany’s surprise performance on the drums with the live band―a moment of pure joy and energy that had everyone cheering and dancing the night away.
Post Wedding Brunch
The weekend concluded with a vibrant beachside brunch at a “chiringuito.” Yellow and orange decor brought a cheerful Mediterranean vibe to the gathering. Guests dined on fresh seasonal dishes, sipped refreshing drinks, and lounged under striped umbrellas on oversized cushions. Paddleboards and beach games added a playful touch, while floral arrangements featuring citrus accents enhanced the lively setting. It was the perfect way to end a weekend of celebration and love.
"Every single detail was impeccable, absolutely nothing went wrong at all at any point. Our friends and family were stunned, as were we. It was beyond our wildest imagination. Thank you, Sonia & team, I would recommend Barcelona Wedding to anyone looking to get married anywhere in the region or beyond."
