Pennsylvania is an appealing destination for couples tying the knot. What captures couples more is a diverse range of scenic locations, from rolling countryside to charming small towns and numerous historic venues. Cairnwood Estate stands out among them. It’s where this day unfolded, showcasing thoughtful design and coordination with the aim of creating a visually stunning and heartfelt setting for a wedding.
Romantic and authentic photographer Lia Giannotti captured every aspect beautifully, from the overall view of the venue to the gentle glances shared by the couple and the detailed elements of the decor. Her work highlights the colors and emotions of the day, perfectly complementing the artistry of the florist’s creations.
Every detail of the shoot has been thoughtfully chosen to create a refined and natural setting. An impressive archway is designed with a bounty of flowers that seem to have grown there naturally. “The inspiration for the front installation was rooted in creating a layering element to complement the already stunning venue’s architecture,” said florist Jennifer Bernal.
The bride was wearing an elegantly detailed white gown, and the groom chose a smart gray suit, complemented by his boutonnière – a delicate white flower that echoes the bride’s bouquet. “The idea was to have a stunning backdrop that will serve as an embrace surrounding the couple’s love,” Bernal added.
For the reception, Bernal aimed to draw eyes upwards: “For the table scape, similarly, I wanted the florals to elevate the eye to the gorgeous arches in that space. The beauty one sees, the warm welcoming feeling with a harmonious design and the fragrant blooms one smells, are what make a floral experience a memorable one,” florist said.
The cake was a true centerpiece, with its layers hand-painted and finished with golden accents. The imagery on the cake mirrors the natural beauty of the surroundings. The team placed it amidst soft-hued flowers, creating a beautiful scene.
The shoot included beautifully crafted wedding stationery and elegant bridal accessories. Invitations were wrapped with soft ribbons and sealed with golden wax, while natural charm was added through illustrations of greenery. RSVPs and detailed event cards continued the delicate theme on textured paper, capturing the romantic essence of the day.
