Ruins, history, and a sense of mystery lingering in the air. With the vision led by Ariane Weddings & Events, the team set out to contrast the bold edge of modern design against the timeless grandeur of Greco-Roman ruins. It’s a story where past and present collide—dramatic, elegant, and utterly unforgettable.
Inspiration
The venue set the tone for everything—its minimalist architecture and cool, linear aesthetic became the canvas on which the entire vision was built. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to create a dialogue between the stark beauty of the space and the softness of modern romance.
Curved table lines, champagne-toned textiles, and rich garnet accents were layered to bring warmth, depth, and emotion to the clean, structured surroundings. The result was a striking contrast that felt both intentional and effortlessly elegant, wonderfully captured by Dalmare Photo.
Fashion
The beauty look drew from the soft glow of the ’60s and ’70s—fresh, dewy skin and that effortless on-trend “no-makeup” by Nikoleta Makeup. The bride stunned in a champagne satin gown by L’ARCA Barcelona: minimal, body-skimming, and entirely backless. To offset the sleek silhouette, the team styled it with a statement cape, adding just the right amount of drama and elegance.
The groom kept it classic in a black tuxedo by Toni Barcelo, white shirt, and bow tie—a look that never goes out of style, no matter the decade.
Vows Among the Ruins
Another standout moment was the ceremony setup—an enchanting space that felt like a well-kept secret, wrapped in magic and mystery. Breathtaking florals arranged by Maitemach cascaded through the ruins, transforming the space into something truly otherworldly. With the couple’s striking, fashion-forward looks, the scene unfolded like a moment from a futuristic love story, beautiful and truly unforgettable

The Glow After ‘I Do’
Let’s step into the magical reception space—where everything felt bright, enchanting, and layered with intention. Deep red amaranthus, dried garnet hydrangeas, and dark burgundy calla lilies set the tone, their moody richness elevated by seasonal fruits like grapes, cherries, raspberries, and blueberries.
The palette was bold yet elegant, bringing depth and trend-forward color to every table. Silver trays, vintage champagne coupes, and crystal accents added a refined, old-world charm—creating a setting that felt both elevated and effortlessly timeless.

"Since the shoot took place in December, daylight hours were limited. We had to work quickly and efficiently to set everything up and take it down, which was a real challenge. Still, we took our time with the setup to make sure every detail was captured exactly as we envisioned.”
