From Italy With Love

In the heart of Umbria, surrounded by rolling hills and centuries-old landscapes, lies Villa Valentini Bonaparte—a stunning historical villa that radiates baroque elegance. With its gilded details, intricate ceilings, and lavish ambiance, the villa provided the perfect setting for this styled shoot, “Bella Italia.” This shoot beautifully blends timeless Italian charm with bold, modern fashion, capturing the essence of Italy in every frame.

The inspiration behind the shoot was to showcase the effortless sophistication of Italian chic. From the villa’s enchanting amphitheater to its lush gardens and peaceful forest, each corner offered a stunning glimpse into the picturesque Italian landscape—creating an unforgettable backdrop for this one-of-a-kind shoot.

Vision & Photo and Video

Anastasia from World Weddings Agency curated a stunning moodboard that blended baroque grandeur with classic Italian elegance. Her vision came to life in every detail, from the carefully crafted atmosphere to the chic styling of the couple. The result was a perfect mix of timeless tradition and modern flair—ideal for couples seeking a bold, unique celebration of their style.

One of the biggest challenges of the shoot was time—Villa Valentini Bonaparte is so full of stunning spots that capturing its full beauty truly deserves a couple of days. But Vera at Veo Media worked her magic, handling both photography and videography with flawless precision. Despite the tight schedule, the results were spectacular, showcasing Vera’s attention to detail and her expert ability to bring every moment to life. The photos and video perfectly captured the essence of the venue, thanks to her incredible talent and dedication.

Fashion

The bride embodied Italian elegance with a bold twist. Her bridal look was truly iconic: a sleek bun paired with a short white dress featuring delicate pearl details designed by the Australian luxury bridal brand Made with Love Bridal. The dress was provided by My Bridal Boutique, completing the perfect combination of classic charm and modern flair.

The standout red heels by Balmain with a golden baroque heel perfectly complemented the opulent surroundings of the villa, tying the entire look together with a sophisticated nod to the villa’s gilded decor. She also wore statement pearl chains, adding an avant-garde yet regal touch that beautifully balanced timeless elegance with bold, modern flair.

Her makeup, expertly done by Ekaterina Dolgova, perfectly enhanced the look with red lips that stood out against the villa’s gilded backdrop, creating a striking contrast. The bride’s hairstyle, created by Katharina Maximov, featured sleek, polished waves and an updo that perfectly complemented the modern elegance of her look. The look was completed with a classic long white veil and the cape by White Dress Gallery, adding an extra layer of sophistication to the daring ensemble.

The groom brought his own sense of Italian style. His sleeveless black shirt and red scarf gave off a relaxed yet chic Italian vibe, while his suit by Carlo Pignatelli kept things polished and sophisticated. Moccasins were the final unexpected choice, adding to his effortlessly stylish look and perfectly capturing the essence of laid-back Italian elegance.

Sweet Celebration

The cake, made by Endorphine Studio, was a modern vintage masterpiece that seamlessly blended classic Italian charm with contemporary trends—just like the shoot itself.

Car Ride

To complete the Italian flair of the shoot, a vintage Alfa Romeo Spider, the couple’s ride from Slow Hills in Tuscany, made a stunning appearance. The car brought to mind classic Italian cinema, adding a touch of nostalgia and perfectly enhancing the shoot’s chic, timeless atmosphere.

Veo Media wonderfully captured this vibe, bringing the perfect balance of nostalgia and elegance to life through their stunning photography.

The Reception & Decor

One of the most unique features of the day was the mirror oval table, where the guests’ names were beautifully handwritten in lipstick by Laura Mazzetti. This bold detail added a chic, rebellious touch to the décor, perfectly capturing the creativity and fearless style that defines “Bella Italia.”

The vibrant red and yellow roses by Blume Exclusiv perfectly captured Italy’s passionate spirit. The décor blended baroque opulence with rustic Italian charm, from the tablescape featuring tomatoes, basil, rosemary, and pasta to repurposed wine bottles as candleholders. Golden baroque chairs with red cushions added authenticity, while the elegant furniture and tableware from Preludio Divisione Noleggio brought everything together with effortless Italian chic.
