Concept Behind the Shoot
Charming Fashion
The bride wore a breathtaking floor-length gown by Miyuki Liem Bridal, which had a sleek sleeveless design with a thigh-high slit. The groom’s ensemble featured a fitted black jacket with with a sharp black bow tie. A delicate boutonnière, composed of peach-hued florals, complemented the floral arrangements of the shoot.
To complete the bridal look, REVEAL Hair & Makeup kept the makeup soft and natural with a luminous finish, while the hair were styled in a refined up-do. The final moments of the shoot captured bride’s hair down, natural and beautifully imperfect, embodying the untamed romance of the setting.
The bride and groom’s attires seamlessly complemented the magical, natural aesthetic of the shoot. The flowing gown, with its delicate structure and light movement, mirrored the organic beauty of the wildflower-filled scenery. The groom’s classic black tuxedo created a striking contrast against the vibrant floral backdrop. Together, their looks embodied the perfect balance between effortless beauty and gracefulness.

Natural Landscape
Perched above a vast valley with the towering mountains of central Oahu as its backdrop Waialua Valley Farm offered an exclusive setting for intimate weddings, where nature’s beauty takes center stage. Chosen for its intimate atmosphere and breathtaking views, it seamlessly complemented the floral design, enhancing the natural charm of the setting.

Dreamy Florals
Collaborating with Designs by Hemingway, the vision was simple and boundless, “a meadow of wildflowers.” Given full artistic freedom, the floral designer carefully curated a selection of seasonal pastel blooms, bringing the dream to life with a breathtaking variety of textures and colors. The meadow-style arrangements featured a harmonious blend of wildflowers, snapdragons, dill, oncidium, larkspur, Iceland poppies, and garden roses.
The bridal bouquet was a stunning composition of ranunculus, gloriosa and nerine lilies, tulips, gravella, and oncidium orchids, exuding both softness and vibrancy. For the groom’s pocket boutonnière a refined mix of ranunculus, alstroemeria, and orchid was chosen.
Another stunning element of this shoot was the champagne tower, artfully decorated with fresh blooms. Set atop a draped linen table, surrounded by lush floral arrangements, the tower became a captivating focal point, perfectly complementing the romantic atmosphere. Sparkling champagne and florals created a dreamy, whimsical scene.
This shoot was more than just a creative tribute to natural beauty, it was a true collective work of art. The artistic passions of each professional came together seamlessly, resulting in magical visuals. “The most interesting thing about the photoshoot was the level of creativity I felt, and that was only possible through the creative efforts of everyone involved. It’s amazing what art can be created through community,” Megan Moura concludes.
