Villa Sola Cabiati

Villa Sola Cabiati is an artistic masterpiece that refers to the hedonism of the Belle Époque. With elaborate halls boasting stuccoes and frescoes by renowned artists of the day, and priceless collections of tapestries, paintings, majolica and Chinese vases, this historic residence will transport you back to a time when extravagance knew no boundaries. The spirit of indulgence extends to the flowering Italian garden with direct views over the waters, the park bursting with scented trees, and the beautiful outdoor pool. This aristocratic residence is available for parties of up to twelve. Six suites, each comprised of a spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Lavishly decorated halls are entirely yours to enjoy in total privacy. The perfect frame to the residence, the beautiful Italian garden extends towards the Lake, while nestled in the park around the back is a splendid pool, a wonderfully secluded spot for spending lazy hours. Ceremony and cocktails are generally organized there. An entire dedicated staff, including the Villa Manager, a butler, a chambermaid, and a housekeeper, are at your disposal throughout your stay.

Villa Regina Teodolinda

Weddings at Villa Regina Teodolinda are perfect for couples seeking an exclusive Lake Como destination wedding with a Provencal style. With 6 suites, Villa Regina Teodolinda can comfortably sleep 12 guests across the individually-decorated rooms. Aside from the elegant pastel interiors, the courtyard in front of the Villa becomes a truly magical escape in the evenings when the fairy lights peppered throughout the trees begin twinkling. So naturally, this is the most popular spot to host the wedding dinner. Steps down from the courtyard, you’ll find two terraced gardens flanking a private boat dock with signature candy-striped mooring poles. A lakeside swimming pool glistens between sun loungers and canvas umbrellas on the left. In contrast, a greenery-covered pergola sits opposite for casual al fresco dining outside of the wedding events. One of the biggest perks of this property is its ability to host civil unions in addition to legal, symbolic ceremonies legally – a true rarity in Italy! The Villa’s cozy and private nature makes it well-suited for intimate to mid-sized guest counts (80-100 guests) during the early summer and fall months.

Villa Pliniana

Villa Pliniana is an exclusive Palazzo on a totally secluded and private shore of Lake Como. Built in 1573, the Villa has, over the years, hosted many artists, monarchs, and scientists, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Bellini, and Napoleon, just to name a few. The Villa has been restored to its former splendour, with the addition of a spa, helipad, and dedicated hotel staff. The 17 suites are laid out as apartments split between the main building and the smaller villas on the grounds. With a capacity to sleep 33 people, it makes a great base for you and your guests. Its location is truly unique, set on the hillside with no neighbours; there is no setting more private on Lake Como. The best way to arrive to this Villa is by water, where you are led through a tunnel beneath the property that brings you up to the main entrance. Not many places on Lake Como have such grand gardens and terraces that are totally lakeside. These spaces make for idyllic ceremony or dining locations. Dining in the parks is possible for groups of max 300 guests. Not to forget the most impressive part of this Villa, the internal courtyard with arches framing the view of the Lake. A waterfall flows beneath the yard, through the Villa, and passes through the main suite!

Villa d’Este

For centuries a residence of aristocracy – princesses, marquises, sultans and tsars. And since 1873, an elegant and charming five-star resort; one of the most celebrated in the world, Villa d’Este has been considered the destination par excellence for summit events and exclusive events of international importance. Its timeless buildings, surrounded by the beauty of Lake Como, are in fact a combination of classic charm and modernity, history and sophisticated technology. All the rooms for events are embellished with natural light and you can enjoy unrivalled privacy for events with impeccable success. Each one with its own style and colours, always in the name of comfort, is elegantly furnished with antique furniture, paintings and prints, silks, precious velvets and luxurious marble bathrooms. The magnificent gardens surrounding Villa d’Este represent one of the most harmonious and evocative examples of Baroque scenography in Lombardy and Italy. However, in the 25-acre park there are also other styles: Renaissance,  picturesque  and romantic. The countless varieties of plants make it a genuine botanical garden. Therefore, every season has individually brilliant scents and colours.

Villa Pizzo

The last of the Muggiasca who inhabited the property of Villa Pizzo was John the Baptist, who then became the bishop of Como, to whom it is owed a large part of the furniture in neoclassical style and the small marble monument dedicated to Alessandro Volta, in the parkland, depicting an elegant funeral vase with the symbol of the electric battery. In 1865, the villa was bought by Madame Mousard, eccentric queen of the Parisienne parties, indicated by many as the favourite of King William of Holland, who probably donated it to her as a gift. In 1871, Madame Mousard was forced to leave the house that was taken over by the Milanese Volpi Bassani family. Nestled deep within the Alps district, Lake Como is among the most picturesque on the planet. The villa offers the longest lakeside garden on Lake Como, and prides itself as being one of the most exclusive wedding locations in Northern Italy. Truly exciting and unique, the spectacular lakeside terrace perfectly frames the tranquil waters and dramatic mountain scenery. Equally as breathtaking is the interior of the Villa, kept in its original state, also makes the perfect backdrop for your celebrations.
