With a background in Visual Merchandising from renowned luxury fashion houses such as Chanel, Saint Laurent and Loro Piana, and a natural eye for beauty and the small details, Melissa's aim is to deliver a harmonious visual representation throughout all stationery and digital facets that best represent the unique style and love story of her couples.
After jumping off the cliff to leave the fashion industry, she made the rewarding decision to relocate to Florence, Italy to pursue her own creative career. Inspired and influenced by Florence's history, architecture and art, Melissa sought to create beauty and the opportunity to instill it in other people's lives, resulting in the birth of The Layout Collective. Today, she designs and prints all custom stationery from her Union Square home in the heart of New York City, creating beautiful heirlooms that her clients will cherish forever.
