For nearly two decades, Leslie has been shaping destination celebrations as the Founder and Creative Director of Ola Linda Weddings & Events. Based on Mexico's Pacific Coast, her work spans Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Punta Mita, Careyes, Cuixmala, Guadalajara, and San Miguel de Allende — welcoming couples from around the world who seek more than an extraordinary wedding.

Her career has included collaborations on the Global Gift Gala hosted by Eva Longoria, official events for the Presidency of Mexico, the Gourmet & Golf Tournament at The St. Regis Punta Mita, and weddings featured on The Bachelor franchise. She is a founding member of the Romance Industry Association of Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit and an Elite Member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
