With a background in Psychology and 15 years of experience in Human Resources in multinational companies, she brings a people-oriented, results-focused approach to project design.

Karla Arroyo Event Architect® is a passionate wedding planning team dedicated to event design, planning, coordination, and administration. Their mission is to create unforgettable client experiences, emphasizing impeccable customer service. The Architect Team takes the time to understand the couple's personalities and vision, relieving them of stress so they can fully enjoy their special day. With extensive resources and connections in the industry, they can work within various budgets and aesthetics, from intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations.

Karla Arroyo, the CEO and founder, holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an Entrepreneurship Business Diploma from Anahuac University. She is a Certified Wedding and Event Planner by the Euro-American Union, certified by To Be a Wedding Planner Institute, holds an Event & WP certification from Instituto Iberoamericano Event Planner INIBEP with validation from Atlanta University, and has received a Jewish Weddings Certification by Grisell Newman.

In January 2017, after 15 years of corporate event strategy, training, and talent acquisition experience, Karla established KA Event Architect to continue her passion for creating meaningful experiences in people's lives. The business gained recognition as a prominent Destination Wedding Firm in 2019 after successfully planning and executing the first international wedding with a Chinese bride and a Korean groom, collaborating with the industry's best professionals.
