Andromache Germene is the founder and creative force behind Ensoul Events, a boutique wedding planning and design studio known for crafting immersive, detail-driven celebrations. With a background that blends social work, design, and luxury hospitality, she brings both heart and structure to her work. Originally drawn to social work, Andromache discovered her passion for event design during university. Her interest in texture, color, and spatial storytelling led her to a role as an assistant event planner, where her natural talent quickly revealed itself. She later pursued formal training in Event Planning and Design in Athens, refining her creative vision and developing the strategic mindset that defines her approach today.
Before founding Ensoul Events, Andromache worked in Santorini as a head event planner and venue assistant manager, collaborating with some of Greece’s top wedding professionals. This experience gave her a deep understanding of luxury service and destination planning, as well as a love for curating events that feel personal and unforgettable.
At just 31, she has built Ensoul Events into a studio defined by precision, creativity, and heartfelt storytelling. Every celebration is approached with a tailored perspective—where design reflects the couple’s personality, and every detail serves a purpose. Her events are known for their refined aesthetic, emotional depth, and impeccable logistics.
