Rachel King launched her wedding photography business in 2019, but her love for capturing moments on film began in 2012. Working as a published hybrid film and digital wedding photographer in the U.S. and destination locations, Rachel is known for her creative eye and warm, caring, and fun personality.

As a documentary wedding photographer, Rachel's philosophy is to creatively capture each loving moment as it unfolds with a discerning and fun perspective. Rachel uses film as her timeless and nostalgic medium, which captures the heart of any art lover. Along with her team, she offers film, digital, Super 8 film videos, and Polaroids, along with an in-house content creator and officiant.

Rachel's clients describe what they're looking for as "not your average wedding photography" and something different. They want their moments with their loved ones captured beautifully, but they also crave chic and fun portraits that feel like art. Rachel's clients are kind and fun while also loving fashion, travel, art, and all things beautiful. They know the importance of a family heirloom while embracing high-fashion aesthetics. Rachel has the talent and skill to merge candid and editorial into beautiful heirlooms for generations.

Passionate about connecting art history to ground her work, Rachel always brings inspiration into her photography, such as the hands of Rodin and the dramatic light of Caravaggio. Based in Baltimore, MD, Rachel shares her life with her partner and their mini dachshund, Pistachio. She serves clients across the U.S. and loves traveling for destination weddings.
