Lauren Alatriste began her career in the wedding industry when she was 20 years old and started as an assistant in a small company in Miami.
It was the first time she stepped into the world of weddings, and she was in awe. Lauren loved how alive the entire day felt! She loved feeling other people were at their happiest.
Since then, she knew she would do her best to remain in that environment. She worked hard to master her craft. She was slowly going from a studio assistant to studio manager to a third photographer and then a second photographer, eventually becoming a lead creative director and senior photo editor. All this led her to realize the only next step was opening her own company.
She learned that the best way to capture people feeling the most themselves is actually to use heavy direction. She brings that direction into an art form by using light, movement, and emotion to encapsulate the full vibe of a wedding day & a couple's love. Lauren feels it's so important to genuinely connect with each client she has by keeping in contact with them the entire time they work together via sending each other inspiration on IG or working with clients on an engagement session. She loves to understand each client's vision. It's truly the best way to create the art she is commissioned for.
Lauren provides services worldwide with no limitations. As a destination wedding photographer, she specializes in serving American clients and can communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
