Joel and Justyna have been photographing weddings together since 2012. Two years later, in 2014, they married each other, bringing both a creative and personal partnership to their work.
Formally trained in art history and photography, Justyna approaches weddings with a strong sense of visual culture and storytelling. Her perspective is unapologetically romantic, with a keen sensitivity to the rhythm of a wedding day and the unique dynamic between each couple.
Joel grew up surrounded by photography. Raised by two professional photographers, he began assisting his father at an early age on portrait assignments ranging from Canadian Prime Ministers to HRH Queen Elizabeth II. Later, his career as a fashion model placed him on the other side of the camera, where he worked with photographers such as Karl Lagerfeld for Harper’s, Steven Klein for L’Uomo Vogue, and Miles Aldridge for Paul Smith.
Together, Joel and Justyna bring artistic perspective, industry experience, and a calm creative presence to every celebration they photograph.
